Hampton Inn Minneapolis-St. Paul/Eagan (Mall of America Area)

Very nice rooms! Excellent fitness area. Lots of teams (younger kids and college kids) yet noise was not a problem. Did not need any special services while there. Very pleasant when checking out. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted great with plenty of seating. Close to lots of restaurants.

Nice place to stay. We did the park sleep fly. Which I highly recommend.front desk Service was great. Walking distance to places to eat. Has a pool. Reminders of your ride to airport almost constant. Which the calls n texts are nice but not hours prior to. It wakes u up at night with calls or texts. Nice they sent an uber due to the shuttle driver calling in sick.

I stayed in a single king room on the first floor. My room was clean. It appeared to recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The room temperature maintained exact comfort throughout the night. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of shampoo, soaps and body lotion available.
The tv was big enough for the room with 30-40 channels for viewing. A small desk, mini fridge and coffee maker were available in the room.
The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of choices for all ages. I did not see any fresh fruit, though. Coffee, lemonade and water were complimentary 24 hours. Other snacks and food items were available for purchase.
Amenities on hand included a swimming pool, fitness room, washer/dryer, computer with internet & hotel shuttle.
Nice hotel, just off 35E with plenty of restaurants/businesses nearby. Ample lighted parking on-site. Using the digital key off the Hilton app worked very well too.

Very comfortable and clean with nice staff. They even had chips and queso as a welcome snack. Great breakfast as well, which is always a bonus.

Dog friendly, clean room, great staff. We didnt eat here, but it looked like typical hot breakfast items.

This hotel was a great location. It was within walking distance of great places to eat and drink. The staff was amazing. We had adjoining rooms. Upon arrival we found that one of the rooms had not been cleaned. The hotel was totally booked but the manager got it cleaned while we went to dinner. He then voluntarily comped the room without my asking. Based on the way we were treated by everyone at this hotel, we'll stay here anytime we are in this area visiting family in the future!

Anyone bishing about a 3.5 star hotel that they booked need to look at their ghetto azz house and family. Stayed for free and had 0 issues. Really clean rooms. If they didn't sell through discount sites would probably have less ratchet reviews. Shout out to the smoking area and the lax workers that didn't mind us being loud and having fun. To all the karens.....move on and pay 3000 dollars a night not $75 to $100 on expedia.....

This has been one of our favorite places to stay while traveling! All the employees were friendly and greeted us every day. A lot of options for breakfast. No microwaves in the rooms but had two that guests could use in the breakfast area. They had bags of chips, pop, candy and different freezer meal options available for purchase by the front desk also. The pool was an alright size, it went to 4.5ft that my son likes but my daughter likes when it gets a little deeper. They had multiple tables and chairs which I like and big patio couch for bigger families. Our room was nice size and perfect for myself and two younger aged kids. If we come back up to the area again for an event my kids have already said they want to go to this one again even if it's not the same hotel as others in our group.

This is a great hotel to take the family. The room was very clean and so were the sheets. The pool was nice sized but water was cold. Not a big a deal... breakfast had a lot of options, also good for the kids and plus there was a snack section you could purchase. The only thing was there wasn't shampoo and normally I don't care because I bring my own but this time I didn't. The manager was apologetic and I don't blame him that there wasn't any the night of our stay. Restaurant across the street and ordering pickup was faster and had a large kids meal. Very tasty.

This hotel is very clean and well-kept. Employees are friendly. It’s a good location to be able to hop on the highway to downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis destinations; it’s also just a few minutes to biking and hiking trails along the river. I used a digital key and check in, and it was extremely convenient. Only downside is that it is very close to the highway so there is some road noise, but it didn’t bother me.

The young lady at the desk was wonderful and upbeat! She assisted us from the airport to the late night that we had arrived. Didn't have supper, too tired to go out, loved they had options.

We normally don’t like to stay in hotels but we had a great experience here! The staff was very nice and the room was clean. Their continental breakfast was much better than what I’ve seen in other hotels. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay in the Twin Cities. It was a very good location for air travel with shuttle service upon request. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. We felt very safe here. The doors were locked at 8 pm and the building was secure. Except for air traffic, it was quiet. We didn't stay long enough to use the pool but it looked very nice.

Richard was amazing. The hotel is great, we spent a week there. Loved the breakfast, loved the pool, loved the amenities. Really relaxed, and cozy place, I would recommend to anyone. If you want a place that makes you, feel great and warm. What a great hotel, the owner should be proud.

I would suggest first all sign up online and do the honor program. You collect points every time you stay at a Hampton Inn. The rooms were very clean, they had a great meeting area, pool and free breakfast. There is also restaurants around the hotel and can walk to them all.

Stayed here for the Park, Stay and Fly. It went super smoothly on the way to the airport. On the way back, I had a little bit later flight so they just ordered an Uber for me, it went more quickly than waiting for the shuttle. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay before or after flying out of MSP.

Our stay was great! My husband and I brought our kids and went to the Mall of America. I wanted something close but most were so expensive or pool wasn't open. This was just under a 10 minute drive and it was an easy drive. The front desk was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. They did serving breakfast to accommodate during COVID and it worked well. We will definitely stay again!

The front desk was extremely helpful since we had some issues with phone key. Also helpful with extra towels. Super friendly and jokeful. Room was great. Nice light blocking curtains and clean. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy. Real eggs (even with bird flu going on). Potatoes. And standard Belgian waffles.
Pool was nice temperature. Size was ok.

We stayed at the Hampton prior to an early flight. We did not have any complaints about our stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the hotel was located conveniently close to EZ Air Park! We will definitely be staying again when we have an early flight!

I do not have anything to say about the breakfast or pool area as we did not utilize those amenities, however, everything looked nice.

The service counter staff treated us so well when we first arrived. Gave us a room assignment quickly and gave us water and treats. Very friendly and helpful in giving us additional hotel information. They provided breakfast for us in the morning and an easy check out. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
