I can definitely recommend Gary Tulien's work. When my mother was moving from her townhouse to an independent senior living facility in Inver Grove Heights, we contracted with Gary to remove old wallpaper and paint walls, ceilings and trim throughout the house. The work he did helped to set a high sales price for the house, and we know that wouldn't have happened if her children had tried to do the work!
