Absolutely amazing store..
all of the employees were super helpful.
We couldn’t find exactly what I needed but they helped come up with ideas/options to try and accomplish what I wanted to do.
Didn’t leave with anything this time but I will be back for any tools I need in the future.

I always love going to my local harbor freight. They have the best deals on tools you can get anywhere. They always have coupons and special deals for inside track members, too. Nice clean store with friendly staff. They have just about anything you could need. I've been to this store several times and always enjoy my trip in.

If you haven't ever been in harbor freight you really should stop in and take a look at the tools. When harbor freight first opened in Minnesota some of the tools were questionable. But I have noticed that they are updating many of the tools that I use. When you buy a power tool make sure you put at least the one year extended service plan on it. If you're going to have problems it's going to happen in the first year. That is why I was in harbor freight the other day I was having a problem with my orbital sander and was going to exchange it for the same model but, the manager showed me a
That harbor freight has brought in called Hercules.the orbital was a little bit more expensive but I did get 100% credit on my Bauer orbital and the service contract so that just rolled over into the Hercules. So far so good Hercules seems to make a nice orbital sander.

Cheap tools, but sometimes they are enough. Once in a while you find a great deal, and realistically, the quality isn't bad. Store is clean, employees are helpful and kind. Highly recommended

This place is awesome. The staff is incredibly helpful.
We bought an air compressor that was a total dud. We brought it back and were out the door with a new one in under 20 minutes. Great service.

Well stocked, great people ready and willing to help. Quick cashiers knew what they were doing. It was easy in and out.

Over the years I have purchased lots of tools from HF, from Screwdrivers to Calipers to Lathes…. They have all been of decent quality. My 7x10 lathe is still going after 30 years!
Recently though they introduced the Apache line of equipment/ camera /gun cases.
Being a Network Camera Op I have a lot of gear I need to protect, Cameras, Lens, Monitors…. I put a couple of these to the test of my everyday use “On Show” and they stood up to the test Wonderfully.
I Recommend these cases with 100% Satisfaction they have Protected my gear completely.

Tony the manager was awesome when I needed to exchange an air compressor that I bought. He made it simple and easy, he was really friendly. I recommend shopping at this location.

I love harbor freight! The staff at the Burnsville location is super friendly, knowledgeable, and maybe most important, patient. Lord knows I've run in there with literally one minute until they close and lick the doors only to be assisted in every way by the store associate.
I never felt like they were rushing me out the door so they could go home. They were more than willing to answer any and all questions I had and even saved me a significant amount off the already low prices by offering a subscription to the inside track club. (Look into if you frequently shop here)

Good deals, friendly staff, clean organized store, excellent price signage, and clean bathrooms. Plus a cool rewards program. One odd thing I come here specifically for is Vacuum seal bags for clothes, best price I’ve seen in stores. Also my Go To for batteries!
