Flannery Painting

I hired Flannery Painting to paint my kitchen cabinets. They were the standard oak cabinets found in many homes built in the early 2000s. To help me choose the right color, Flannery provided an interior designer at no additional charge. The color is white with a very subtle gray hue.
My experience with them was very positive. They removed all hardware, doors and drawer fronts. They painted the doors and drawer fronts in their shop, while another crew hand painted the boxes on site. They were always on time, cleaned up the work area everyday before they left, and completed the job on time. The finished job was flawless! I was and continue to be, after several years, completely satisfied. I must also mention, I was at work during the day while they were working. They were completely trustworthy and made sure my house was secure when they left each day. I strongly recommend Flannery Painting!

Flannery Painting completed a project of painting the main floor which includes a vaulted space while we were replacing our floors. They did an amazing job repairing dings/dents/cracks and the crew was very nice. They also did a great job of covering furniture or other areas while prepping and painting. Turned out just beautiful!

I cannot say enough good things about Flannery Painting. My quote I received was extremely competitive with others in the area, however what set them above the rest was all the time and work they put into the prep. They repaired and patched every knick or ding in the wall before even staring. The crew was kind, quick, and very meticulous. The communication was always quick and very open the entire time. I think I made a joke at the end that I wanted to find something else they could paint for me in the future. We have had John and his team for indoor and outdoor paint jobs. He communicates well, is timely and has excellent attention to detail.

John and his team did an amazing job on my interior paint job. They fixed all the nail pops and found nicks that I didn't even know that I had! They were timely, efficient and very detailed. The price was fair and worth every penny! They transformed my living room from okay to wow! I would definitely recommend him for any paint job that you have!

We contact Flannery Painting a little late in the spring. I knew they were busy, and we were put on a list. We were extremely lucky, happy, surprised that we were contacted early summer to have our job done. They were extremely professional, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend and use Flannery Painting again!

I cannot express how incredibly happy I am with the work of Flannery Painting. My basement was a mess - the original owners finished it themselves and cut many corners, including roll-on plaster texture for the ceilings instead of traditional popcorn.

In addition, there were many, many ceiling patches that were not ever sanded/blended, half installed surround sound wires hanging down and two water-stain issues from upstairs showers.

The team retextured the ceiling and it looks like new construction - everything blended beautifully and the water stains have disappeared. We tore out two doors, casing and trim and the team fixed and painted the new the sheetrock.

The patched and painted all the walls - they are smooth like butter!

Humberto and Marcos were amazing, punctual, polite, neat and considerate. They kept me posted during all phases of the project and completed work in 3.5 days, cleaning up as they moved along. It was a HUGE project and it exceeded all expectations.

John, Marcos, and Humberto were great to work with. They were able refinish our 35ft interior ceiling after we had storm damage that resulted in some water leaks. Highly recommend using John and his team for any of your painting needs.

After our initial project, John took his time to give us an estimate on a different job. He advised me what was necessary and what was NOT needed which I think is the mark of someone who you want to do business with.

I have been using Flannery Painting since I moved to Eagan in 2017. I think most of my house has been repainted by Flannery at this point. We have always had excellent service. Quick estimates, great advice and never any surprise charges. Extremely professional before, during and after. Each painter has been very courteous and respectful. A+ on the finished work- always. When budgeting for home improvements it can be tough to decide to do it yourself or pay to have it professionally done but in the end it is faster and will look better so the investment is well worth it.
