My whole buying experience was phenomenal!! Smooth and easy! From sales, to finance and driving out with my car took about 1 hour. Elias is amazing!! Thank you to everyone I encountered yesterday-you guys are awesome 🥰 Vehicle was transferred from Colorado, the tracking system to me was a bit off, the car sat in Nebraska for 5 days, then all of a sudden the next day it’s in BP, so I’m not sure if it’s accurate or not, but that was the least of my worries.

Nate is awesome went from a GMC envoy and decided on a decided Chevy impala loved the car but couldn’t drive it on the highway went back today and drove off with a Chevy equinox loaded. So far love it and drove on three highways over 70 mph 😂 he is great and I so recommend him, he makes things happen and wants you in the vehicle you love! Recently purchased a vehicle from CarMax. It was my first time working with CarMax. The initial transaction was very smooth and easy. However, once I was able to see the vehicle with my own eyes, I found that the advertised options for the vehicle did not match what the vehicle actually did have. CarMax immediately refunded the shipping portion AND lowered the price to reflect the absence of those options. That, in itself, was remarkable to me. With that kind of customer service, CarMax the right, at least for me, to be the first option for my next vehicle .

Excellent service. Fast & efficient through phone call and submitting documents online. Plus this vehicle is so good, highly recommended CarMax. One of the best experience I had, out of all the dealerships I went too.

My experience was superb. It was seamless from the moment I signed in on the app until I collected my check, all within 24 hours. The offer was fair and there was no hassle at all.

Not giving 5 stars because everything was perfect but I am giving 5 stars for CarMax willingness to work with an individual and make things right when scraps occur. The staff are friendly and they are always available to clear up issues or concerns. In my case I bought a car I thought had 4 wheel drive turns out it was 2 wheel drive I was able to return it and get a better car that actually desired and CarMax did this without charging me the additional shipping cost for the new car which was pretty dope in my opinion.
Also I was pleasantly surprised by their vehicle pricing, it was better priced than the dealerships! In my case the car sale price was less than the estimated value price of the vehicle

As a trans person navigating businesses with a preferred name while maintaining a legal name can be difficult but the folks here were so accommodating and understanding that all I needed to focus on was whether or not I loved the car i picked out online. Even my finance person was very accommodating when everything she had to handle had my deadname.

When I’m ready for a new car I’m excited to come back.

I sold my vehicle to CarMax in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. A nice, clean facility. The inspection of my vehicle didn't take long (less than half an hour). When I returned with my title to sell the car the time it took to process the paperwork and receive my check was again about half an hour.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Sam in the Brooklyn Park was so helpful, friendly and had great communication throughout the whole process. With a cross-country move back to MN, we needed to have a car ready to go right when we arrived, and Carmax made that so easy. We LOVE our vehicle and it came as expected and very clean. Very pleased with my buying experience compared with other dealers. I found the vehicle I wanted to be priced fairly with others in the area. Options such as extended warranty were explained but no pressure applied to purchase. I would definitely recommend carmax to others in the market for a new vehicle.

We sold our van at Carmax. It was an excellent experience. We got an offer from the Carmax website in the late morning. Made an appointment for 2 hours later that day at our nearest Carmax and about 30min after that we had a check in hand. Everyone was friendly and explained where the process was at. I would definitely sell another vehicle at Carmax!
