Steve Hendrickson and Antonio Martinez were fantastic reps for this company. They took time to listen and addressed any questions or concerns promptly. I liked working with them. Those guys could be successful doing anything, but you get to have them help with your roof! How great is that?

I recently had hail damage and ended up needing a new roof. My whole experience, especially working with Shawn, was outstanding. He walked me through everything, explaining all the steps and worked directly with my insurance. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Working with Sara on our roof and siding was everything we'd hoped for when we chose Precision. Sara did all the heavy lifting in dealing with our insurance company and made our experience seamless. I would never use anyone else. I gave her well over a dozen referrals and I haven't heard of a complaint yet. If a minor problem arose, it was dealt with immediately. Five stars !!!!

Bruno walked me through the whole process from filing my claim through completion. The insurance adjuster’s report recommended replacing the entire roof, but only cited half of the actual square footage. Precision Exteriors went back and forth to finally get the correct square footage determination. They were professional and did a great job!

Working with Precision Exteriors (Specifically Spencer Hull and his crew) has been an awesome experience. This is my first time having to deal with roofing/storm damage/insurance claims and Spencer was incredible. He made every step of the process easy and understandable. A few years ago a friend of mine had recommended that I have precision exteriors take a look at our roof because our attic was leaking. Jose and and an insurance adjuster came out to look at it. Unfortunately, it was not covered by our insurance, however, someone from the company came out and fixed the leak without charging us! A few years later a hail storm came though and we remembered how much we appreciated Jose and his kindness in helping us out. We called him up and so far we have had our shingles replaced with steel and are anticipating new siding, gutters etc. We have been pleased with the team’s work so far and I hope to submit pictures and an update when the job is complete 😁

Was seeking an estimate for repair of siding that was warped/bowing out. Received a prompt call back, and appointment within one week. Tyler B. came out to take a look and was able to resolve the issue same day. Professional and courteous. Will be my first call for future exterior issues.

We had noticed a leak in our roof in the spring after some massive rain storms. We had requested an inspection and Steve was able to find hail damage that lead to our leak. He was able to help me navigate working with the insurance claim to not only get a new roof but also new siding. We also went through them for gutter replacement and window wrappings.

We are more than stoked about our new exterior and have received tons of compliments from the neighbors. The products used were great quality. The crew working on the installation went the extra mile to address questions and concerns and get everything installed in a timely manner.

Having never gone through the roofing process before, I was more than timid in uncharted waters. I would highly recommend Precision Exteriors, but more importantly Spencer Hull. He's the best thing the company has going for them. I can only hope they know how good he is and how well he treats his customers. On a project like this you have to trust your contact point and I can't imagine a better one. He was present throughout the process and made himself available for any questions. More amazing, even after the job was done and done very well, he still stopped by a few times just to make sure all was well and I was happy. I really feel like I dealt with a friend not a salesman. Precision Exteriors did a fantastic job on my hail damaged roof. They were in close contact every step of the way and answered every question I threw at them with patience and kindness. They were available every step of the way, from the adjuster to cleaning up after the work was done.

I would like to thank Miguel and the team at Precision Exteriors Restoration for their help replacing our roof, gutter helmets, siding, downspouts, and resolve some damage to our air conditioner. Miguel helped make the insurance claim process effortless and was always prompt, responsive, and professional. Miguel did a great job managing all the work whether it be the internal teams to Precision Exteriors Restoration (siding, roofing, etc.), along with the external teams (Gutter Helmet, HVAC, etc.). We (my wife) also decided to make a major color change with our siding and Miguel went above and beyond to provide us samples, along with walking us through how to use an application (HOVER) that provides a 3d view and shows how the siding would match the roofing, etc. Miguel made great recommendations regarding color, accents, and suggested we wrap some of the cedar trim around our garage doors and a post in the front and it turned out amazing; would have never thought to do it. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work that Miguel and the team at Precision Exteriors Restoration provided and I would highly recommend them for any exterior restoration work.

Steve was very professional from project start to finish. His ability to communicate during project meetings and his problem solving skills made the project process from start through completion very smooth and easy.
