U.S. Bank Branch

Stopped into this branch to take care of some business and was met with very helpful and attentive service. I was in and out quickly.

I have no idea what all these complaints are all about I have been with this bank for several years
And I have no complaints whatsoever... Some people keeping check their attitude, sometimes you get what you ask for ! I personally highly recommend, this particular Branch or any of them I love this bank much more than I ever did with Wells Fargo or TCF..

Jack is the best Branch Manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was knowledgable and his customer service was beyond good. I heard him taking care of the customer ahead of me and he handled this difficult customer with poise and calamity. I would recommend this branch to anyone that uses US Bank regularly. Thanks again to Jack D. and his team! Highly recommend!

Won't answer the phone, tells you to call 1-800 number, push this button, then that button, dropped call, call back, then they won't answer a simple question like do you have a notary onsite? US Banks customer service has plummeted in the past 24 months. So frustrating.

I used to work for US Bank as a banker. I would have been in a lot of trouble if I treated a customer opening an account they way I was treated! I've been a customer for 10 years and this guy acted like he just wanted to get rid of me. It's a bank so i dont expect super nice over the top service or some phony polite attitude but this was just abysmal service. This branch is normally bad because they dont seem to know how to do their jobs that well but to be jerks on top of that! I mean if I didnt have to wait days for an appointment I'd have gone to a different location. Probably should say good bye to this bank in general!

US Bank has really declined in recent years and recent attempts to get simple questions are met with awful service via both their national system and the person that answered the phone at this branch. He was about as ruse a person I've dealt with at a bank in 20 plus years of using US Bank or any other bank. Exploring transferring accounts to local bank or credit union simply based of recent service.

Very poor service at this bank. I need something notarized and they won't even though they did the same type of document for me in August. The tellers clearly do not know their job. The guy that did it for me last year is in but I guess he's too busy to take to 2 SECONDS to do this TODAY. And the guy in the phone is too lazy to ask if he can take 2 SECONDS.
