Comfort Inn Plymouth-Minneapolis

Very nice hotel. We had checked in later than we planned but pool was open until 12am. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming and rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast in the morning was also great! Was busy and seemed to be only one worker but she did an amazing job keeping it clean and coffee fresh. Would recommend this place to any of my friends or family!

Front desk was so friendly and full of smiles. Pool was great and the room was awesome and very large. We had a suite with a king bed and two double beds and we had plenty of room. Hallways were very clean, it smelled great unlike a lot of hotels smelling like smoke all over the place. It was definitely worth the money. Loved the restaurant connected, it was very convenient and yummy.

As a female traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe here. Staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms could use a slight update but all in all very comfortable and quiet. Each morning they accommodate a free breakfast, and it's quite yummy and they offer something for everybody. I will certainly come back to this location. Great pool and hot tub area also! Restaurant is attached also.

Very good location, safe, convenient. Has everything you need pool, hot tub, little gym with the basics, great breakfast, beds are very comfortable. Great experience, will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed here while our house was having showings on a week night. Great location and restaurant/bar has a very good menu selection (good for kids too). Pool and hot tub were great and open until 12!!! Good typical breakfast offerings (some hot).

I really want to give this hotel 5stars across the board & will if I get my phone back. I left it in room and called as soon as I realized it.. luckily they found it and I gave them mailing info including card info to pay shipping cost... Now I can't get back in touch with management and no money has been used off card ... So I don't know it was mailed or am I going to have to drive nine hrs back there to retrieve my phone... I surly could just get another phone but it's principal. if they said they're going to mail it that's what they should do.. UPDATE.. I got my phone.. thank you

Well I wish they would clean the rooms more often and give more hand towels and wash cloths and know they don't have much staff but it would be nice to make a custom happy if they want them to come back

The front desk was friendly and kind. My only complaint tbh is the bathroom had some hairs on the sink, ewwww.
Hot tub was warm and some other guests opened the door to outside which I never had thought of before and it made it feel AHHHHHMAAAAAZIIIIING!
I really appreciated that there were trees around the hotel and a small wood next to it where I would go and smoke.
Will definitely be back here and recommend to others

The breakfast area was extremely well planned and very delicious. Right away I was acknowledged as a Choice Rewards member which was very nice. My bed was one of the best beds I have slept on in my entire Choice Hotel chain. Very clean and modern hotel feel as well as a convenient location and bar restaurant connected to the hotel. Great location and amenities.

Friendly front desk folks, room was clean and presentable. The pool area was clean too. Just an overall nice experience. It's cool having Lucky's 13 restaurant accessible right from the lobby too. Would stay here again.

Loved this place! We have stopped at 5 hotels on this road trip so far and this one was by far the best! Very clean. Nice rooms. Pool/hot tub area was great! They have some arcade games for kids by the pool as well. My kids didn't want to leave this hotel. The man that did housekeeping for our room was great! We didn't have him do much except trash, but by watching him work in the other rooms he was great, very thorough and does a fantastic job. All the staff members were very friendly as well. This place overall was fantastic!

We used the banquet rooms in the Comfort Inn to host a small wedding reception/party, and the staff here went above and beyond to help make it a memorable, fun and flawless event. We are so grateful for their responsiveness, and they made it easy to plan! Claire is the event coordinator at the hotel, and she was especially great in making our event go off without a hitch. 20/10 service, would happily recommend this hotel and staff!

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. The only negative item is that the front desk wasn't at the front when we checked and when checked out. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in.

I worked in the hotel industry for 4 years & stayed here for the Renaissance Festival & loved it!
My room was very clean & the beds were amazing! I have a bad back/neck & it was heavenly sleeping in their beds! Breakfast was great! Lots of choices & they refilled everything quickly. We didn't use the pool due to time, but it looked & smelt clean. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed 4 days with my puppy while my mother died. 😢 Staff was very kind, hotel was quiet even when completely full. Plenty of room to walk dog and park nearby. Kind of weak "grab-n-go" breakfast. But compared to the follow-up, a total delight.

The room was great. And the stay was great. I will definitely be coming back. I don’t remember the girl’s name that was working the 3 to 11. But she was very nice.

Stayed for a night last night due to an incoming snowstorm, since this place was close to work I decided to book a room. Service was great! Room was neat and tidy and beds were comfortable. Plus the complementary breakfast was a nice addition. It was delicious!

Will book again if more snowstorms come this way!

The room was clean and the staff were nice. The whole hotel looked updated and was in great shape. They also gave me a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Will definitely be staying again in the future.
