Third time in this hotel and still very satisfied. One person made our day: Anna! Super customer centric, super friendly, super quick! She is outstanding and deserves a promotion!

Stayed here for a family wedding. We were very pleasantly surprised that, although this is only a 2-star hotel, the rooms were very spacious, efficiently laid out, conveniently appointed with fridge, microwave, and utensils, and very clean, with an excellent bed. The included breakfast buffet was varied and nutritious, leaving us satisfied and smiling. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. We will definitely look for other Home2 Suites in our future travels.

I spent two weeks due a job visit and I couldn’t feel more welcome and comfortable, all the people were super friendly and for example one night I was feeling sick and Dannilo was really helpful. I’m coming back soon ✨

Very nice hotel I had a great stay the service was exceptional and Angela C. At the front desk was amazingly helpful and very professional/real I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone in the Minneapolis Saint Paul area looking for inexpensive yet exceptional amenities. Ps. All YOU CAN EAT BREAKFAST BUFFET !!,😳😳😳😋😋

The hotel is nice. The staff were friendly. The pool is large and gym has lots of equipment. When I asked the staff to change our room to a lower floor he gladly did it for us. The carpets and floor kinda reeked of something, but some febreez solved the problem.

I stayed here during last week and we were very grateful for the overnight worker. So polite and respectful! He was great and I wish every hotel had a gentlemen like him. He helped us figure out a rooming situation when we came in very late from a long flight and made our stressful night a lot easier for us.Great experience. Thank you!

One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was very large. Nice kitchen. Very large shower. Nicely clean and no smells. Good location. Very helpful staff. Can not say anything bad about the place.

Beautiful and clean clean clean!!! Rooms were exceptional with real plates and coffee cups. There was a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher too!!! Service was friendly and Bob the "breakfast guy" puts a fantastic spread out for the free Continental breakfast. Only wish I would have packed my bathing suit to enjoy the heated saltwater pool!!!

Nice clean hotel. Staff was missing in action much of the time but were helpful when we could find them. Overall a nice place to stay and I would stay again.

Staff was nice, clean rooms with all the necessities. Breakfast area staff went above and beyond to help me & my family, that was really nice of her.Entire staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel! Very accommodating. We were traveling with our 3 dogs, and had to get approval from the manager ahead of time, but they were more then willing to work with us, which we appreciated. It's hard to find a good, pet friendly hotel, and this one is amazing.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious. Having the kitchen in the room is an added bonus. We were able to order food in and enjoy it right in our room.

There is an area outside for the dogs to go potty, and really nice outdoor seating areas as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

I was traveling through, and seeking a place to stay that was near to a funeral service I was to attend the next day. I found this hotel online, and stopped in, sight unseen, not knowing what to expect.

The desk staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and happy to help. The room was spotless and quiet, with little touches I particularly enjoyed. The rooms even have dishwashers, and portable stove tops you can request; perfect for traveling families with allergies or dietary requirements.

I suspect the hotel is some sort of “extended stay” or similar concept, but staying for just one night was quite comfortable and clearly not a problem.

Breakfast was a lovely spread near the front desk, with waffles and fruit and all the sorts of things you might enjoy at a breakfast bar at any fine hotel.

Alas, I did not check out the pool or the workout rooms. But the WiFi was fast and accurate, the space clean and welcoming, and the amenities that matter to me were in place and ready.

Should I travel through again, I will look this hotel up in hopes of staying there again.

Everything was honestly perfect!! The room was just right for our visit and every single encounter with every single employee was great!!!! I have nothing negative I could even think of and now will probably try to go to Home 2 Hotels over other hotels due to this visit!!

Would give it 10 if possible. Jenna saved me and my husband's behinds today BIG shout out to her. We left approximately $5 00cash on accident and she found it and held on to it. We are so grateful thank you soooooooo much!!!!!! Aside from that the rooms are clean and modern looking, with about a 3/4 fridge and a dishwasher with REAL dishes. Breakfast was delicious with healthy options compared to the junk that most hotels offer. Pool is pretty small but fun for the family. Some criticisms that don't apply to me but others may have is there was no tub in the 2 Queen bedroom and no hot tub by the pool. Ultimately great place to stay. Thanks again Jenna!!!!!

Wonderful hotel! Nice new rooms with a comfortable bed, desk, lamps and lots of outlets, neatly organized kitchen with fridge and freezer. Nice bathroom with standing-only shower. Free breakfast daily; if they are out of something, don't hesitate to ask. Comfy breakfast area. Tasty coffee (and it sits out all day). Laundry is $0.75 per load. Nice small gym. Good parking; be careful with icy parking lot.

Our room was upgraded at no charge for more space. Beds were comfy sheets are so soft! Pool was nice for a 5 and 12 year old. We'll be back during our return

This Hotel is Practicing Social Distancing during the Pandemic.And my room was exceptionally clean. All guest rooms were sealed off after cleaning between each stay. You had to get anything needed after entry from front desk but loved this because less contact from housekeeping room to room.Excellent stay

Fantastically clean hotel with nice spacious rooms. Perfect place to stay if seeing a show at Medina Entertainment. Rooms were huge, decorated nicely and very clean. Typical free breakfast was above average. Coffee available round the clock was way above average. Lobby dining area was quite comfortable. Highly recommend this place
