Cam's Bar & Eatery

Newly remodeled. Ordered the everything pizza (it was just ok), fish and chips were great, and so were the fried mushrooms. Overall, the food was good. We arrived at a peak time and got the last 2 available seats at 6 pm on a Friday (and the last parking spot in the lot). The bartender/server was very attentive and friendly. The fish and mushrooms were excellent and obviously made fresh to order. Being so busy, there was a lag or a bit of a kitchen miscommunication on food being ready, we waited 45 minutes, so a drink was given on the house - very nice. They were having a meat raffle, which was easy to participate in because the person handling it came to our table. The ceiling is high, so the acoustics made it a bit of a challenge to hear my friend talking, so we had to lean in to hear each other. I'd for sure go back because it's in such a convenient spot, and their tap beer selection was pretty good with something for everyone.

My husband and I haven't been here for many years. We tried it tonight and it exceeded all of our expectations. The vibe is super mellow. Bryan the bartender/server was awesome and very helpful! We started with a few beers and the battered mushroom app. It was really good. We had a patty melt and walleye sandwich. They both were very good. We're looking forward to coming back soon. Great neighborhood bar with great food. Fun games. Pull tabs, good selection of beer and cocktails. Attentive service from bartender. Super clean and cool design.

The staff is usually quick witted and always friendly. Regulars will treat you like you're one of them right away.
The food is always really good. The patty melt and the reuben are solid choices. For a real taste adventure try the hang over burger with peanut butter (sounds crazy, but trust, it's phenomenal).

The staff at Cams were very nice, and very accommodating! We called in with a hockey group of 35 and they took us in and were able to get us in, keep up with our drinks and got our food out super fast! Food was excellent and the bloodys were yummy!! The bar and eatery looks really nice and super clean! Thank you for getting us in and giving excellent service!

The house on fire wings with blue cheese are what keeps me coming back pizza super good more of a thin crust style but you won't care fresh baked perfect. Hard to find a substantial flaw in any of the food. Very reasonable drink prices happy hours are even better. Just a damn good local bar. Super friendly staff and regulars. A must go spot if your in the Brooklyn park maple Grove area. If your farther away way worth the drive. They are renovating the only reason for the 4 on atmosphere. Overwise a 5

Great in town bar where everyone is friendly and place is just a fun bar. Their new side opened and is amazing and if you like beer they have a great selection. Highly recommend

Edit: 2 years later this review still holds, a mainstay for quality service, burgers, pizza and some beers. Maybe try the Mac too?

Great staff. No drama or problems here so it's a good place to bring your family. Has a huge dining room and game room away from the bar. Don't have to worry about waiting to get a spot to sit and the food is good. Remodel is coming soon

Great neighborhood place. Friendly staff, good food - especially the chicken fingers. They are doing a major renovation and it will be fun to see it when it is complete!

The place was packed. Everyone knew each other, I work at the post office, so when I came in, everybody said "Norm"! 😀

Cams is a great neighborhood spot for a good drink excellent pizza and fun activities like Friday night meat raffle at 6 and Saturday night karaoke. The owner, Eric is a super nice guy and all his employees are fantastic as well - Shawn is my fav 😁 I’m usually pretty lucky at the pull tab booth too!

Nice little corner bar. Staff is excellent. Food, tabs and a game room. Meat raffle was popular before the plague. Hopefully back up soon.

Recently moved to the neighborhood and stopped by here this past weekend for the first time. Everyone was really friendly and the food was surprisingly good. We will definitely be back!

No where else feels like home than Cam's. I moved to Chicago and I miss my bar. Cam's pours em strong and cheap just how I like it. Staff is always friendly and happy to be there.
