I highly recommend Plumb Right! Our technician was Thomas and let me just say it that when he was done, it seemed like he hadn’t even been here! He was quick and left it all clean and how it was. I’m very pleased with my experience and will certainly hire them again if I ever need them.

I hired Plumb Right to repair 2 leaky water shut-off valves under my kitchen sink. Devon did a fantastic job and was very professional, knowledgeable and proactive in resolving the issue. 10 out of 10. Would hire Plumb Right again.

We had Plumb Right out to provide us with a bid to replace our 22 year old water heater. Erik was very knowledgeable and honest from the get go. He thoroughly explained our options and ensured I understood everything before he left. Bid was received in a timely manner as well. Very happy with this experience.

We needed a new water heater. The technician was on time (actually early). The office called to see if it was ok if he arrived early. The water heater was replaced quickly, the area where the water heater sits was left clean with no extra water or parts laying around. Would definitely recommend them for plumbing needs. Will definitely use Plumb Right again for plumbing needs.

Amazing customer service! My water heater was leaking and I couldn't get in contact with the original installer. I called Plumb Right late on a Friday to get setup for Monday, and Holly was able to coordinate getting a tech out that night. Devon showed up within 30 minutes of me calling, quickly assessed the water heater, and offered to install the new heater that night. Him and Thomas worked very efficiently and it was installed within 3 hours of my original call. Could not have been happier with my experience!

Quick and friendly estimate, and a very fair price. I was able to get a new water heater the following day and an estimate for other plumbing improvements Thomas noticed while he was working. Explained things well, was kind, fast and tidy! Very very happy customer here! Thank you!

I cannot recommend Plumb Right enough! From the moment I submitted a request until the time the work was complete, they knocked it out of the park. I needed a water softener installed in a manufactured home, which is something a lot of companies wouldn’t do. Lucky for me, I was put in contact with Plumb Right and received amazing results.
Holly runs the show to coordinate your requests and set up appointments. You would not believe the urgency and how quickly everything got set up. Even better, when I had a few questions they were happy to send out another team member to give me more information. Erik was the 1st tech to review my request and he was very thorough. He explained all my options and made sure I understood the entire process. The quote was speedy and honest. Devon is a true gem and reviewed my job after I had more questions and made sure I was all set for work to start. Thomas and Zach installed my water softener and although my set-up involved a bit more work from them, they did fantastic. Plumb Right really got something right – their customer service is top-notch and their knowledge speaks volumes. If you are shopping around for your next plumber LOOK NO FURTHER. I almost wish I had more work for them because they’ve all been so fantastic ;)

Used Plumb Right to install a heat pump water heater. Erik,my plumber, came out same day for an estimate and provided me fantastic feedback on all my options for the available space and need. Rather than feel pressured into any specific purchase, he gave me some real insight to long term pros and cons for each option. The install occurred just two days later and was done within just a few hours. He arranged the new heater, the electrician, worked with my contractor to deal with the old vent pipe, and cleaned up the entire space nicely for a very reasonable rate. Would absolutely use them again!

Erik came in and saved the day! Water heater install and we had hot water in 2:25 mins from when he arrived. We had been without for 4 days then we decided to call! Thank you so much Erik!

Erik determined that a mysterious puddle of water in my basement was due to a malfunctioning whole house iron filter that was due to be replaced. He took care of everything and will replace the filter in a few days as well as fix an outside water faucet that I was told "could not be repaired". Plumb Right has always been able to repair whatever plumbing problem I've had in a professional manner and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

This the second time I had Erik to come to my different new house for plumb repair. He is fun and nice to work with. The tub drain was fixed right away on his first trip. Thanks Eric for the quality work done. Also thanks Erik for additional information on all the safety of utilities inside the house and professionally tagged each individual and main switch, which set a great example of disseminating knowledge of household safety beyond repair. I would recommend Erik to anyone who need a great plumbing work to be done at home.

Matt was on time, pleasant, and efficient. Cost seemed reasonable. Overall good experience and would use Plumb Right again and/or refer to anyone with plumbing needs.

Our water heater had a problem which caused partial floding of our basement. I called Plumb Right and had a tech Matthew on site within 24hour. He quickly assessed the situation and provide two alternative solutions with prices. We opted for water hear replacement. The new water heater was installed within 3 hours of our decision. We have been customers for quite a while and this is just another example of their exceptional service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Matthew gave me a good estimate. He didn't push me into anything. He gave me options and let me figure out what I wanted. He was very informative.
