Tom Schmitz - State Farm Insurance Agent

Tom has been a great agent for us for 20+ years! Very responsive and easy to deal with. Helps us with all of our insurance questions and gets us through any issues we have with our claims. Thanks Tom and Staff!!

On May 11th we had a horrible storm that left a 100' pine tree on our house which caused extensive damage. This was definitely not something we wanted to wake up to and deal with the next morning! As much as I dreaded making the call to start the process, I picked up the phone and called Tom's office. Immediately Amy answered the phone and assured me that they would help me with the process and immediately gave me references to remove the tree from my house.
Between Tom, Amy and the rest of the team, they have taken care of my damage claim and I have been able to be the "3rd party" in this ordeal. I can't thank Tom and his team enough for the constant care we have received over the last 25+ years and would HIGHLY recommend this team to everyone I know!

The few claims I've had were handled quickly and without issue. Any question I've ever had has been quickly answered. I've recommended numerous friends and family to Tom and his agency and everybody has been as pleased as I have been.

This agency absolutely does not want to do their job. Tom talks about some difficulties and complains about his problems, he also allows himself to divide clients into gradations.

The agent doesn't want to do his job. Denied me insurance on my second car. I don't recommend it. 😡

Wow! I was greeted with confusion as to why I was calling for an auto insurance quote! He paused and asked if I have auto insurance with them right now. (No that’s why I’m calling....)He sounded stumped as he “thought of a way he could help me” he told me I could call back after hours or on Monday otherwise “he doesn’t know how else to help me” because they are “swamped.” I kindly told him ok I will just call back and he said ok and hung up! No “thank you for calling”, have a great day” or “look forward to hearing from you”GO WORK AT MCDONALDS WITH YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This office has no integrity with no customer service. Happy that I choose another auto insurance company.
