Great customer service and had a good selection of shoes.

The manager, Dominic, helped me find a new pair of shoes today. It was towards the end of the day and he didn’t rush me one bit. He spent lots of time with me - explained each shoe and what makes it different. He was incredibly knowledgeable about running shoes and had great customer service. I highly recommend and will be back!

Amazing help! I received help from David and Matt at the Running Room on Saturday and I’ve never felt more respected and comfortable being helped by anyone at Running Room until then. The customer service is top notch and exceeds expectations. I’m happy to say that Running Room has been able to finally find workers who enjoy their job and are happy working with people.

Shopped here several times and always superb service. Dominic is excellent at addressing needs and offers appropriate knowledge and feedback to steer you in the right direction. He has helped both myself, and my two sons and we all have different running styles. Recommend and will definitely go back!

The staff at the Running Room made my shopping experience painlessly easy. Like too easy. The staff watched how I walked, directed me to the type of shoes that would best fit for me and he gave me sizes of the shoes I liked. I thankfully found a pair that worked perfect for my needs. Yes, the prices are higher, but for me, to have my feet happy and comfortable, it's totally worth it. I will definitely be going back in the future and recommended the Running Room to others.

I've been going to the Running Room for years now, and it is without a doubt my favorite place to buy running shoes. This Maple Grove location is top of the line. The manager is extemely knowledgeable and has a visible passion for the sport. The employees are helpful and supportive, perfectly willing to spend time with you in order to find the best shoe for your needs. I truly cannot recommend this store enough.

Went to Dick's Sporting Good and couldn't find what I want. Then I was suggested to go here by one of the staff at Dicks. As I walked in, the service is great. They assisted me on finding a shoe that I would like through out the whole time. Many shoes to choose from and great prices. I suggest try this store out.

Outstanding. I've been there three times over three years and bought all three pairs of shoes from the same sales rep. He's got long hair and a long beard and he has always been incredibly helpful.

My daughter and I went in to the store today knowing very little about running/cross country running shoes. But Eli was amazing! From finding the perfect fitting shoe to telling her about different exercises for her legs. I would highly recommend The Maple Grove Running room!!
