Schuler Shoes: St. Louis Park

My boyfriend and I both entered the store at the same time on a busy Saturday interested in getting shoes for being more active (gym, walking, running). We have very different shoe needs as I have orthotics and flat feet and my boyfriend does not. Ibrahim asked questions, listened to our needs, and let us try on many shoes. We were both able to find some great shoes & and are very excited to try them out! Amazing experience and customer service!

Great service. I walked in not knowing if I even wanted to buy shoes, just to shop around I guess. Yoko was the first associate to greet me and she was very kind. I wanted a shoe that they didn't have, but she gave me a stack of alternatives. Yoko might be special or the store does this for all customers, but she put on, laced up, and removed shoes from my foot. I did not tie a tie or adjust the tounge. This is service. It was the most elite experience I have ever lived. Yoko was great with conversion and understanding my concerns with comfort and costs of the shoes. I ended up buying a pair and will be back in the future. The store in general was clean and overall good in any other aspect imaginable. It's a ridiculous request, but having some hardwood or not carpet in the store would be nice to try shoes on. Few people walk on carpet 100% of the time and is unrealistic for real world shoe testing.

This store is a family favorite. They have a large selection and knowledgeable staff who are really good at helping people who have special feet. Several family members have wide feet or size 13s or 14s. My kids have been going thru shoe sizes so quickly I have been frequenting their clearance section on a regular basis and always find something. Good quality shoes, and lots of insert selections.

My WW toe and A heel make buying shoes difficult. While I look better in knee-length skirts and dresses, I am almost always in pants, because the 847 last on athletic shoes is most comfortable for me. THE STAFF AT THIS STORE has found dress shoes that FIT ME!

They have the greatest selection of shoes and purses! I went in there so get some shoes for my moms wedding in September and came out with a pair of work shoes, fall boots and all around great shoes all on the clearance rack and all 3 were less that $100!! Great place to get good quality foot wear.

I can not Thank Aida, the Board Certified Pedorthist enough! She completely turned my foot and knee issues around in a single visit, by working her magic to find the best shoes and inserts for me. Well worth making the appointment and spending the hour with her. I went from hobbling with severe foot and knee pain to being able to walk pain free over night!
I have been struggling with foot issues and then knee issues for a year. I was given the wrong pair of shoes and the wrong inserts, they pushed my knee and ankle the wrong direction and rubbed on my toe wrong. I progressively got worse and worse. Went to an orthopedic emergency room who gave me a huge cortisone shot 8 months ago that didn’t help at all. They told me I needed a knee replacement. Instead of going I. For more cortisone, I decided to make an appointment at Schuler Shoes with Aida. She measured, taught me so much about sizes and different shoes and inserts, and matched me with the perfect shoes and inserts. I can now walk again without pain! Who knew the power of a good pair of shoes and a wise woman could be such a life changer! Thanks Aida!!❤

Tiki was so kind and knowledgeable about what would be best for my feet! Generous and fun…all the staff were positive and busy!

My daughter and I went in to get some sandals that would work for a canoe outing. We were a bit crunched for time. We were greeted at the door by an associate named Ebraham who did accurate measuring and helped us each find the perfect sandal quickly. I have a few foot issues but the Teva sandals Ebraham recommended were so absolutely comfortable. They were not only perfect for our canoe outing but I wore them all day every day of the vacation for every activity including hiking the waterfall trails.
I would give Ebraham 5 stars for great customer service!

I had great customer service provided to me by an employee by the name of Christy (forgive me if I’m spelling that wrong). I had tried on a pair of Danskos at another shoe store earlier in the week, but they were the wrong size. Christy helped me get fitted in the right size Dansko. She took time to make sure I was in a shoe that was comfortable, properly fitted and gave me correct sock recommendations. I can’t remember the last time I actually had my foot properly measured.

Wonderful customer service. Manager Christy (Christie) patiently assisted my 92 year old mother-in-law with two new pairs of shoes. She's a challenge to fit and Christy brought out every size and style that suited her feet with an eye to putting on shoes independently. She is thrilled with her shoes and we will be back for a pair of navy blue shoes. ;-)

Barb helped me here and she was a dream to work with! Totally got what my feet were going through and she recommended some fantastic shoes for me. She wasn’t pushy at all nor did I feel pressured by her. Schuler is surely lucky to have her!

The help that I received was outstanding. I was given polite smiles and welcoming offers to help me out as soon as I stepped into the door. I had a foot consultation and with the their aid, I found a great shoe that felt great, was waterproof, was a color that I didn't mind, and helped fix my gait.

I will return next time I need a new daily pair of shoes.

I walked in today for a new pair of kicks, I had to wait 6 minutes because they were kinda busy (good to see!) After their employee Ukash finished up with another sale he came right over to assist me.. he was friendly, curious and provided me with great service.

I love this place they're very attentive. I'm really not used to having someone run and get my shoes to try on when I go into a shoe store. The last time I was here about 3 years ago I spent most of the time just trying on shoes by myself. Last time I felt like I had a personal concierge which was really different for me. Very knowledgeable

This is a full-service shoe store, one where the staff is very knowledgeable and has the patience to deal with difficult fittings and customers. For those who love socks -- an extraordinary selection of those too.

This location is always well staffed with great people. We've been going here for our kids shoes and will continue to. Manager is very polite and professional.
