Early dinner at Yum after Holiday run around. Great energy and friendly team. Great menu and the cupcakes that we were going to bring home never made it to the car… Yum is very yummy.

Trendy spot. Had the Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwich. Very busy spot. There’s a second parking lot if you’re not finding a spot. Food was great!

Yum is my favorite neighborhood restaurant in St. Louis Park. It’s a fantastic counter service restaurant that is open from morning until night. I often go to grab lunch, it seems to be their busiest time of day. I almost always order the tuna melt. It is one of their signature items and it is one of the best tuna melts I have ever had! It comes with house made potato chips and a pickle and is a lot of food!

Yums menu consists of signature items that have been on the menu for years as well as new items that change seasonally. They also have a great kids menu, and it’s a great spot to bring kids. Mine love the Mac and cheese (and so do I). However my daughters favorite thing to order would have to be their Matzo Ball soup, it’s one of the best! It’s also a great spot to grab take out! The whole menu can be to-go and they even do family size dinners to-go.

The bakery case at Yum has to be one of the best in the city! From personal key lime pies to their famous coconut cake, it’s difficult to get out the door without grabbing a sweet treat.

Yum is right! I went here for the first time today and had my first ever lobster sandwich. It was amazing. The place was packed for lunch, but the staff were efficient and friendly. The menu is tantalizing. The bakery counter has so many treats to choose from too. Heck, even the dang side pickle was delicious!

However, the indoor seating area seemed a bit underpopulated during my visit, which affected the atmosphere somewhat. But given the beautiful weather on that day, it made sense that most patrons were preferring to dine al fresco.

My experience at Yum! was mainly focused on their desserts and pastries, and I have to say, they were all exceptional. From texture to taste, everything was spot-on, making it a place I'd highly recommend for dessert enthusiasts. I haven't yet ventured into their other menu offerings, so I can't comment on those, but given the quality of their sweet treats, I have high hopes.

What struck me about Yum! was the excellent value for money, particularly for an establishment that exudes such a fashionable, posh vibe. The dessert prices were a delightful surprise, with most items hovering around the five-dollar mark - a true bargain for the Uptown area.

All in all, Yum! Kitchen and Bakery offers a rewarding culinary experience. If you're a dessert and pastry lover seeking a tranquil setting to enjoy some high-quality treats, this place is a must-visit. Despite my initial visit being primarily for their sweets, their friendly staff, charming atmosphere, and exceptional value for money have convinced me to return soon to explore their menu further.

Stopped in here for breakfast with the family since we were in the area. They have seating outside and inside. It was a super nice morning and we were able to get a table outside.

I ordered the steak and eggs, which was a great choice. My wife ordered the breakfast Sandwich that she couldn't even finish since it was such a large meal. The kids had some scrambled eggs with bacon and a half a muffin each, which they really enjoyed.

Overall, food, service, atmosphere, and location was all great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for some breakfast or cafe for coffee/bakery items.

This was a pleasant surprise. We were looking for a quick breakfast spot for a lunch date. Glad we stopped here. So cute and refreshing. The staff was great and attentive. I can tell the staff loves their jobs! Great job on company culture 🙌❤

This place is super cute inside and outside. The food is super good from sandwiches to cupcakes. I had the 1/2 chicken which came with potatoes and green beans and it was so good and plenty of food. I brought home leftovers. Everyone working is super friendly. There are not designed waiters but there are people running around clearing tables and grabbing things which were super helpful as well. It was like a waiter but you paid when you order at the counter. And then at a separate counter you order from the bakery. I got the yum cupcake and loved it.

It's well-staffed, and everyone seems to contribute to Its success. I ordered tea, and our waiter forgot to bring honey and half-and-half; I walked over to the beverage counter, which took her a little longer than I expected. It was worth the wait. She prepared both in a nice, warm glass. Excellent.

I’ve been a Yum fan for over 10 years, can’t believe I’m just now writing a review. They get it right every.single.time. I don’t even live here anymore but every time I come home I must go. They recently came through big time with a same day personalized cake for my nephew’s birthday! I’ve done orders for many many special occasions; they’re always so helpful and everyone loves it!

Popped in for some treats to go. The chocolate cake was exactly what I hoped for in texture - dense, fudgy cake with a smooth-as-silk frosting with good chocolate flavor. It was really busy on a Sunday afternoon and so loud inside that I'm not sure I'd want to dine in at a peak time. Still, worked great for a quick to-go order.

Delicious food! We like the ease of ordering at the counter and having the food brought to us. I had the rueben and my husband had the steak sandwich and we split a small Mac n cheese. The sandwiches would’ve been plenty of food on their own but we had a Mac n cheese craving! My husband said it was one of the BEST Mac n cheeses he’s ever had. The sandwiches were both excellent and the salty chips really hit the spot. We ordered a mini key lime to go and it was also outstanding. We love this spot for a quick and delicious lunch with great variety.

Food cooked fresh in front of you. Best cupcake is Yum if you grew up with hostess. Fish n chips is filling and fish taco super fresh tasting.

Breakfast offerings closer to lunchtime. Just delicious! The chips on the side tasted home made, crisp and decadent. Sun shine steamed in the large windows and the atmosphere hummed.

Really tasty food and great vibes overall. Try their Szechuan Salmon. It has an amazing flavour and not super high in calories either. Their bakery and coffee has a separate portion inside and it’s worth trying for sure!

Casual dining with a twist. Felt very sophisticated with creative high class meals. Was expecting the run of the mill sandwiches with mediocre baked goods. This was not the case. Would be a great place for a business casual meal. Wish we had one back home. Will definitely go again when i'm in the area.

👎👎👎 for the seating for snyone who might be somewhat mobilly challenged. Your choice is either a Hi-Top or a chair that is the perfect height for a seven year old. Would like to go back but I'll have to find 3 or 4 phone books to stack up on a chair. 🙄

Yum! is a welcoming, open space with a beautiful patio and lovely flower boxes. I loved the California scramble breakfast eggs, although the potatoes were overdone. I also ordered the coconut cake and my son had a Yum! cupcake. That was a pleasant surprise to find it had filling! Also, the coffee is excellent.

This is next level food. Enough food for a full meal and a snack / meal for later. Excellent service. Wear your cutest outfit. Trendy with good lighting. Upbeat energy. Beautiful people galore. Very busy. Dessert was wonderful. What a cool setup with two counters!
