I was so surprised at how nice the staff here were when I had to go to the ER. Doctor was great, nurses were great, front desk was as nice as they could be given the situation. Will go back, but hopefully won’t have to.

Wait time was a little rough, but the staff is top notch! Kind, attentive, and you can always be guaranteed a Children’s MN pediatrician on staff. Wait times aside, this is the best pediatric urgent care/ER around! The nurses, pediatrician, and child life specialist Veronica exceeded our expectations! So grateful for their grace and expertise with a small, scared patient in need of stitches

Very appreciative of the staff in the emergency room helping with my son. They were very friendly and explained everything to my son before acting and answering all his questions. I know it can get busy and take time, but I am thankful we have the westhealth location in our community. Thank you to the nurses and doctors who helped us today.

My toddler had a laceration near his brow area so I took him in. I believe UC and ED has one check in. Being that the cut was still gushing blood, he was seen right away. Everyone from the start to finish was amazing. That staffs and Dr. Depompolo were very nice and informative. They offered I think it was called Life Style Support? Basically offered a distraction/support such toys, music; for my son (and I) during the whole process. I was able to hold my son during the stitches. All these places I've gone to didn't offer these kind of treatment plan and methods.

I had knee surgery in early September 2022. The care team was extremely thoughtful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and cared for. Special shout out to my nurse Thuy, who was absolutely amazing!!! Hopefully I won’t need any more surgeries, but if I do, I’m going here!

Had a colonoscopy at west health was just an awesome experience! I work in surgery as a nurse so got to experience the other side. Staff is super friendly, my nurses and surgical tech were the best! Dr Barker does an excellent exam! Painless and gentle. Would highly recommend this facility and the awesome nurses and techs at West Health! I personally know many of the surgeons in various specialties and they are some of the finest in the country.

Ah... the midnight ear infection.
We utilized the Urgent Care portion but the entrance for ER is the same.
Super friendly staff and the doctor was as well.
I was surprised how quickly we got in and through the entire exam.
Thanks for a good experience on a not so fun night.

Great experience! Had a surgery yesterday and all the nurses and staff were very friendly. It was my first surgery and they made it super easy. Special thanks to Dr. Breen, Justin, Anna, Missy, Jill and Holly.

If I could give the staff at West Health 10 stars, I would! Went in for irregular heartbeat and fast pulse. Was put at ease immediately by reception and also the nursing staff. Spent 3 1/2 hours in ER and was made as comfortable as possible while they did tests and monitored me. ER doctor was very competent. Even the gentleman that took my financial information was fabulous. I've seen many doctors and nurses over 62 years and this was by far my best experience!

I went in for a routine doctor visit, and I knew I would be having blood drawn, which is the routine when I see this provider. I have never had any problems having blood drawn, and though it was a couple more vials than what they usually draw, I wasn't concerned for any reason. Everything was fine the first few minutes, but then I started to feel very warm and nauseated, and then came the dizziness. The last thing I remember is asking for water. When I was somewhat alert as to what was going on, I saw several people attending to me. Every single person there was doing something to help reverse the situation I was in, and they did so very quickly. My blood pressure stabilized, my color came back, the nausea subsided, and the dizziness improved. I want to recognize, and give a shout out to the Rapid Response Team for taking care of me, and for the excellent teamwork. Thank you!

Even though the wait was long,(nothing they can do, it was a Saturday at 9pm). I was very pleased. Very well rounded staff. They all acted like they loved their job and made me feel like I wasn't a burden. Saw doctor Hokanson and he is great! Wish I would have caught the nurses name as he was also great:)!

Took my husband in for what we thought was pink eye very early this morning. They checked thoroughly and determined it was a shard of metal in his eye along with rust. The doctor removed it and the rust and gave him a tetanus shot. We were in and out of there in under an hour with no wait. I'm happy we have a great urgent care near us!

I brought my husband into the Urgent Care and he was immediately transferred to the ER. He had two infections and was dehydrated. They were on top of this situation immediately. Started him on antibiotics and fluids. He kept passing out. He was transferred to Abbott Northwestern Hospital. One more day and he would have died due to sepsis. I read the negative reviews, but our experience was excellent.

I discovered this urgent care/ER all rolled into one when I was looking for off-hours treatment for severe back pain. Most urgent cares in the area operate about 8am-8pm on weekdays, so the ER is generally your only other option outside of those hours, which stinks, because that is very expensive! Whether you are treated as an ER or urgent care patient here is based on your personal case- the more severe it is, the more likely you will be "upgraded" to ER care (and price). Everyone I met with- from the check-in desk to triage to the nurse to the doctor- were all so efficient, caring, and kind. I was in and out in about an hour (lucky timing! You never really know if it will be packed or not), and got the help that I needed. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. A 24 hour less expensive urgent care option is amazing to have in the Twin Cities. I'll never have to worry about illness striking at 11pm or 5am, because this place has me covered!

Excellent care, got in very quickly, and love that there is an ER attached so you don’t need to go to another place if your symptoms are serious enough. Also, got lab results back quickly. The doctor and nurses were amazing!

My wife and I (both physicians) attended Allina West Health ER last night (as a patient). We were both highly impressed by all the staff and the prompt and efficient service we received. Mr David Momberg at admissions attended to us very promptly and professionally. The ER Physician Dr Marc Ellingson was superb in his manner, knowledge and efficiency as was Nurse Rachel, ECG technician Jeremy and all others attending to us. Thank you all so much

Had to take my girlfriend in early Saturday evening for a really bad migraine. We got in immediately, she got triaged and admitted to the ER for medications and fluids right away. Everyone was so friendly and speedy, but never rushing. I hope we never have to come back, but if we do it's our first choice.

Very professional and efficient service! My fiance and I were in and out in less than an hour everyone was FABULOUS!!! Also very knowledgeable on the medical situation and very informative on causes and how to heal. Best hospital weve ever been to. Dr. Gregory Scott Watkins is awesome.

Brought my 19 month old daughter in because of croupe, resulting in a nebulizer treatment. They were very well prepared for dealing with young children and had a person who was dedicated to providing distractions for her by gently interacting and entertaining her with blowing bubbles, toys, and they even offered a DVD player with movies if we needed it. Kids can quickly get stressed in new situations and the staff at West Heath ER was great at making it as easy for her (and me!) as possible.

5 stars for playing the healthcare billing game so expertly. Everything that is wrong with healthcare. What should have been a urgent care visit turned into a $3,000 bill for a headache caused by blocked sinuses. Will never risk going here again for services. I have decent health insurance and still have to pay hundreds for a visit that would have been a copay at another clinic. Beware -
