Really good price for all of the amenities connected right to the hotel! (Bar & grill, bowling, axe throwing) Clean, well stocked rooms, nice pool and hot tub area. Wonderful breakfast. Most importantly very nice, considerate staff. 10/10

Clean, quiet and convenient for what we needed. Breakfast was just ok. Wish there would have been more fruit and some yogurts. For most people it would probably be sufficient but someone with food allergies wasn’t much I could eat.

Me and my mom stayed for 2 nights, and it was overall amazing. The staff was all so wonderful and kind to me and my mom and very helpful. Can't wait to stay here again

We have stayed at this hotel several times for over three years and have never had a bad experience. We were a group of 13 and had no problems with check in or check out. The breakfast area was well stocked. It was easy to travel to the places of events we were attending in the city.

This was a great place to stay with my family. They have a great pool & hot tub, unfortunately they took the slide out. The hotel was attached to a bowling alley and axe throwing with a small arcade. The restaurant in the bowling alley was great. We will be staying here every time we visit.

Location is great, breakfast is great, service is great, always smells good, there is always cold drinking water, nice & quiet. This is probably one of the best hotels i've been in so far! Rooms are also always clean !

The hotel was clean, quiet ...for being fully booked. Reasonably priced . The staff was awesome. The person at the check in Counter was a doll, she made it super easy to check in and out. The lady in working the breakfast bar was extremely friendly and polite as well, she put smiles on my kids faces with her positive attitude and kindness. Lots of breakfast options . Pool was clean. The slide is fun . (wasn’t freezing either) Hotel is attached to arcade and bowling alley . Would stay here again .

A great place to stay. We used the Mermaid Entertainment Center for a weekend conference/show. I had a need to use the suite to entertain guests and speakers that were at the conference. The Americ Inn staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

I could not have asked for a nicer weekend! The room was spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of comfy pillows too. The staff were all very helpful. Many thanks to the young woman from housekeeping who gave me extra coffee to make in my room, and explained why some rooms had doorbells. I really enjoyed being able to use the pool and spa area too! I came home feeling pampered and a bit spoiled. I will definitely be back again!

Large, clean rooms. Nice staff. Big and clean common areas like lobby and pool. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice shower. Only suggestion is to add second privacy blinds to block out lights outside at night.

Hotel room is huge! Nice warm pool and huge hot tub! Adults only in pool from 10pm-12am! I've never heard of a pool being open so late! There is a secret passage way to a bar/restaurant off the second floor. There are arcade games, pool, darts, ax throwing (to come), and a bowling alley! Couldn't ask for much more to keep the teens entertained.

We stayed on a Friday night. I was totally new to the area and had no idea where to stay, but was traveling on a budget. The rooms were reasonably priced. I found the hotel clean. The staff was friendly. It was a quiet hotel.We slept well.. The expanded continental breakfast was really good. There is no pool, We knew that all along. If I was traveling with my whole family this may have been a deal breaker. But, we did not need or have time for a swim on this trip.

I originally came here to visit my son's dad who stayed there for business. We were going to head back the next day, but weather was bad. It was such a nice room with a great location. Pool was nice and my son enjoyed it. I also love the location. It's right next to the freeway and close to many shops. I was pleasantly surprised of everything and I enjoyed breakfast. I like how they switch hot options daily so you won't be bored.

Jessica and Kaz went way above and beyond! They were so kind and helpful! Don’t let them go! The hotel was great, quiet and clean even being fully booked on Saturday night. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

I'm VERY picky when it comes to hotel rooms, and it's nice that I've never had a problem with americinn. Our room was VERY clean, and honestly, I have no complaints. Pool and hot tub are awesome, plus WATER SLIDE!! Next time I'm up this way, I'll stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed the location and the amenities. Fresh coffee and fruit infused water up front. Quiet hotel on one end. Happening bar and bowling alley on the other. Easy to get to. Breakfast was great.

Newly rennovated everything! Very clean and far more affordable than other like facilities throughout the metro. The pool is great with a good sized water slide and nearly as much fun for my 6 year old as far more expensive “water park” lodges. This hotel has really stepped up its game! Couldn’t be happier😁

We didn't even stay here and they are awesome! It was raining and we were on our motorcycle so we pulled in under the awning. The lady at the front desk invited us in for some coffee and to get out of the weather. So awesome! We will be staying here at some point to take advantage of all the luxuries they offer!
