They did a great job and we love our new floors. We struggled to find the right flooring and color for 2 years, but Lakeside Floor Coverings worked up several custom samples until we found what we liked.

Kelsey and I had a fantastic experience with Lakeside! We worked the owner Phil and his wonderful sales team to find the right color and texture for our basement. They provided many samples to help with the tough decision. Couldn’t be happier and would absolutely do business with them again!

Everyone from Lakeside was great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and skilled, from letting us know what they thought would be under our old carpeted floor and needed to be done to make a beautiful hardwood floor in our bedroom. The new flooring flowed seamlessly with the older floor in the hallway. It wasn’t an easy job for them, but in the end the floor is perfect!

Keia and Phil are easy to work with and their team provided excellent service. Keia is especially kind and fun to work with, even making sure our young child was welcome in the store and “helpful” to the process. We needed some flooring replaced while working with our homeowners insurance and they helped explain that process and even came out twice when we realized we needed additional measurements and quotes. Very happy with our carpet removal and LVP install in the basement.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. They refinished a hardwood floor that was in rough shape hidden underneath carpet for years. They made it look new again. Then on another project they came and rescued the floor after another contractor who said they knew what they were doing messed it up.

Be smart go with them from the start, don't be like me and call them after to save the day.

Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff. Doing a recent remodel and Keia and her team were all wonderful and helpful in helping make a decision. Allowing sample checkout and non pushy sales tactics had us come back to them multiple times and eventually making our purchase through them for new engineered wood floor. Would recommend to anyone looking for any new flooring. Great prices compared to others across the metro. EDIT: have used them a couple more times, one for our main level flooring and Phil and his team did the demo and install too. They definitely do everything to make the experience a great one.

Phil and his crew did a great job. I just bought a house that needs a bit of work. The hardwood floors were the first major update. They put down 6 or so stains that we wanted to preview and the floors look great. They also took measurements of the rest of the house so we would be ready to add carpet once we were ready. Lakeside came highly recommended and I'd like to pay the recommendation forward.

Many of the companies I contacted to install my wool carpeting would not even attempt it due to the difficult nature and expense of wool. Lakeside floorings expert, experienced installers did a phenomenal job! So nice, knowledgeable, efficient. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly staff. Keia and Phil are very helpful, very knowledgeable on what they are doing, and eager to help their customers. They have helped me through the process immensely. I had water damage to my floor and they have stuck with me through this awful event to make sure I love my new floors and that they work best for me.

My wife and I recently had the great pleasure of working with Phil, Keia, Robin and the gang at Lakeside Floor Coverings. An unfortunate plumbing accident that resulted in our needing to replace the hardwood flooring in our kitchen and most of the first floor of our home had us seeking a reliable flooring contractor.

We were referred to Lakeside by friends of ours who had worked with them several times and had consistent positive experiences.

I can't say enough about our own experience. From first contact to final approval, they were friendly, respectful, professional, efficient, HELPFUL and very very PATIENT with us in our indecisiveness.

They were also instrumental in helping us deal with the insurance company throughout the claim process. Anyone who has dealt with that know it's essential to have your preferred contractors on your side to help the policy provider fully understand the reality of the situation. Because Phil and Keia at Lakeside are seasoned pros, they brought a ton of credibility and expertise to the process.

It took the better part of five months before the additional needed repairs had been completed and we were finally ready for the new flooring to be installed. The installation went swimmingly well. A potential issue arose early having to do with the new flooring material being slightly less thicker than what was in place before, but Phil personally drove across town to guide all involved to a simple and inexpensive solution, which insured we would not incur delays.

We love our new European cork flooring and have received glowing compliments from everyone who sees it (from friends and family to other contractors).

We were really impressed by the service we received. We were given a short explanation of different kinds of carpet. We had help deciding which kind of carpet our lifestyle would require. They made an appointment for measuring the size of our rooms. They were here exactly the time of our appointment. The carpet only took one week to arrive. It was installed right on time
The installers left no remnants and all was cleaned up. We were really impressed by this company.

Phil and Keia are wonderful. We were in their showroom today with our young son and they treated him like their own and were completely unphased by his activity level. Super helpful and knowledgeable and very patient with us trying to figure out the best floor for our kitchen. Highly recommend!

We used Lakeside Flooring in October, 2017, to install hardwood flooring in our living room and hall. We are very happy with the results.All of their staff, from the showroom to the installers, were knowledgeable, patient and friendly! Phil had very good advice for us as we made decisions. The installers did a great job and were very accomodating. We also had one adjoining room's hardwood floor refinished and were very pleased with how it came out.

Phil and crew have been very accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional with my floor install. My experience at all touchpoint has been pleasant and better than expected. You can tell this company cares about their workmanship, their persona, and you as the homeowner.

I would highly recommend them. They did a marvelous job on my floor and were able to quickly schedule my work. They did both a refinish and a new install. You cannot tell where the new floors start and the old ones begin. They all just look great! The installers were very professional and kept me in the loop with all of their work. Overall, I am thrilled with my new floors.

I was recommended to have Lakeside out to refinish my hardwood floors that were in pretty bad shape. I had them out to refinish original 1949 floors and they did a fantastic job. The finished product was great and they were respectful of my house and left the space very clean. I would definitely recommend to others.
