Gray Fox Coffee & Wine

Lovely coffee spot along the skyway in a nice atrium. Nice seating options, good coffees and other drinks, and I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich.

Very unique space off the skywalk, just outside the W hotel and the entrance to the Foshay tower viewing platform. I had a Turkey sausage sandwich which was delicious, the best breakfast sandwich I have had in a long time. The coffee was also worth going for.

Photos from 2 separate times I came here. This is my new favorite coffee shop in town. The coffee is SO unique, not only in how it's presented, but also how it tastes. Each drink has the perfect combination of sweetness and coffee flavor. You can tell the employees really put their heart into it. And the ambiance is perfect in every way. Very minimalist. Comfy, inviting couches as well. I wish I worked downtown so I could come here easily every day!

This place has been on my list for a long time since I love the Copper Hen and wanted to experience another part of their restaurant group. I had a great time at Gray Fox! It is bright and airy in the skywalk location and there are lots of different areas to tuck away into, from cushy lounge chairs to tables for larger groups.

The drinks themselves were tasty, well-balanced, and nicely priced. The servers were also very attentive and multiple people came around to check on us and clear out plates. I was expecting counter service only, like you would get at other coffee shops, so this was a very nice surprise. I will be back!

Super cool and hip place. Modern vibe. The large atrium it is located in is super chill and it makes it easy to work on things and to catch up. Basically the perfect place that you’d want in a downtown coffee shop. It has cool (and tasty) drinks and a nice happy hour (3-6 daily) with deals on wine and food. The atrium gray fox is located in has games and books to relax with. Overall a bomb place that people should 100% check out.

Beautiful new coffee shop in the midst of skyscrapers. Plenty of seating so no need to worry about sharing tables with some hipsters. Very cute photo op back drops and even a fire place with some live music. Panini wasn’t like your typical skimpy, barely any meat sandwich. There was enough meat and gooey cheese. Very filling. Another bonus is that you can bring your husband/spouse and they won’t hate it as there’s a Nintendo classic that shines on the wall that you can actually play! So while she’s taking pictures of her coffee he can play super Mario. Can’t speak for parking as we were staying at hotel in building.

Very good cream cheese bagels! I met up with my friends here we got Coffee and bagels! It was super good to try it out it was fresh and tasty loved it so much thanks brat fox and wine!

Everything about this place is amazing. I stopped in for an espresso to go, I never get flavored drinks, but after seeing their lattes I had to try one. It was so good I had to grab one for the wife and came back the next day for breakfast. The donut latte is unbelievable, it tastes exactly like a cake donut. They have my two favorite donuts on display, french crullers and old fashioned sour cream. I got the latter and it was the best sour cream donut I've ever had. We got their breakfast sandwiches and they were all perfect, classic flavors with a little extra to step it up a level. The decor of the place is beautiful, even the cups are attractive. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Minneapolis.

Gray Fox Coffee & Wine is a great stop for people connected to the skyway in downtown. They offer a full range of coffee shop drinks, beer, wine and a food menu. The food ranges from breakfast sandwiches (their food highlight) to pizzas, paninis, smoothie bowls, and boards that cover cheese, breads, and some deserts. Some drinks can be customized with their art in the foam. Counter staff is incredibly friendly. They are located in an office building atrium giving them a very unique feel but maintains comfort.

Absolutely stunning space and atmosphere; intimate and cozy spots for working independently/remotely or communal tables and diverse seating for meeting with others! Innovative signature drinks and bites to eat. Very popular place to be, lots of daylight and music.

A delightful place to warm up along the skyway. A little tricky to find, but worth it! Modern vibe and creative lattes include those flavored with lavender and juniper, maple and bourbon... delicious! They have several milk alternatives too. Images topping the lattes range from elegant to... Cookie Monster.

Didn’t know there was such a spacious yet cozy coffee shop in downtown skyway!
They have free fast WiFi that doesn’t require pw and their signature drinks are yummy! They also have a couple donut selections which I enjoyed a lot also. I will be coming here often as it seems to be a perfect spot for coffee/laptop working. 👏🏻👏🏻

The Foxy latte is so good. The black salt on top is everything! 😍 I also tried the chia pudding, and it was lovely as well. My #1 coffee break place in this area of downtown for atmosphere and coffee! Natural lighting through skylights, plenty of seating in comfy couches, fireplace, what else could you want?

Such a chic coffee shop in the heart of downtown. Their turkey breakfast sandwich is sooooooo good!

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the servers were very friendly, and they had a wide selection of drinks and food!
It's tricky to find this place from street level: you need to enter the Deluxe building (which is only marked with a large awning that has "121" on the corner), then keep walking through the hallway area to the coffee shop. Needlessly hard to find based on Google's pin, but don't give up, it's worth it!

I've been on a matcha latte kick lately and decided to give this place a try. It was SO good! The drink came out quick and it was delicious, sweet but not too sweet. They also had a basket of candy out for Valentines' Day, which I thought was a nice touch. Looks like a nice place to meet for coffee or get work done. Will definitely be back!

What a cool spot to drink coffee or wine. There was even a movie playing when I went. The atmosphere is super open and comfy. Totally a must try. Was a little hard to find at first.

This place is my new obsession. Fox in the Woods is a DREAMY CREAMY fall drink with a little bit of salty mixed with perfect sweetness. Tons of seating and charging stations.

Really neat coffee shop with decent food and sweets. Lots of seating and open space. Only downfall is parking...

Iced Americano for less than $3 and this set up is super dope. So excited for good coffee close to work.
