Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

I cannot express how delighted I was to find out that there was still a Which Wich located in Omaha!
I showed up 10 minutes after opening and they were understandably not busy. The employees were super helpful and friendly- even when I forgot about the QR code for my points. The food smells amazing and tastes even better. The cookie is this HUGE thing bigger than my hand.

Love the ordering system. Grab a bag under your meat choice, fill out what you want on it. Simple. Quick. Delicious. Staff is friendly too. The chicken pesto is really good

Took my family out for lunch, had a great experience! Really good food, nice staff, clean store. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that the owners consider adding gluten free option bread (my kid is obsessed with pb & j) and we try to keep gluten minimal in her diet. But we loved Wich which! Thank you!

Absolutely the BEST service and sandwiches! Super clean, hilarious “No buns here” signage for social distancing and the team had a great attitude even though we were ordering 10 minutes before close. 5 stars team- you guys rocked it for sure!

I've eaten here a few times never a bad experience, online ordering is just as easy as instore. The bahn mi is packed with such good flavor and the shakes are delish.

This is just a fun way to do cold cut and warm sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and keep the place spotless. Orders are always accurate and made quicker than most places, just because you order a la fill in the bubble paper bag. The offerings from the menu are endless. You'll never run out of new creations thanks to the myriad of styles and toppings. The bread is always fresh, the shakes are always the right thickness, and the house chips are good with anything

Friendly service! Amazing sandwich! I got the garden party with avocado, cucumber, red onion, ice berg lettuce, melted smoked provolone and sauce on wheat, BOMB! I devoured my large sandwich like it was nothing. They hooked it up! Thanks ladies! I didn’t get their names but, they were all sweet and chill!

This is my go too sandwich place, the food tastes way better than other sandwich places. Plus they have a super option wich is enough to fill me up. Every time I go in here I have had a positive experience.

This place is second best next to Firehouse subs. Loved the fact that they serve crinkle cut French fries with their subs. Yummy place to have lunch. Staff was very friendly! I will definitely be back!

Above and beyond customer service. I hadn't been able to order form Which Wich for a while since I moved to a different part of Omaha but they had a delivery special going on and I found out they did deliver to my area. There was a small hiccup with my order and Sam called me about it. She was very cordial, understanding, empathetic, and resolution seeking. She gave me great advice for how I can do my part to prevent an error from occurring again and welcomed me back to order again. Customer service should never be about giving in to customers' unreasonable demands. It should about working together with customers to reach a resolution to protect the interest of the business, employees, and the customer. Samantha more than demonstrated her talent for this. And it honestly sounds like she has a wonderful staff working with her as well. My order hiccup was minor but she still made sure I felt valued, heard, and appreciated as a customer and I sincerely appreciate her efforts. Not to mention the carrot cake shake I had ordered is a gift from Heaven. If you haven't had it before I HIGHLY recommend it. The level of care given to orders, to customers, to employees, and do quality control is unparalleled. Mistakes happen to everyone, it's how we overcome those mistakes to make changes (both as businesses and customers) that allow us to achieve happy resolutions. I will DEFINITELY be back again and I do highly recommend this location.

Sammiches were great. Meatball and Club. Miss the classic mark on the bags instead of the digital ordering system.

Probably the best sandwich place in the entire city. and it's not even more expensive than Jimmy John's, Subway, pot belly, etc. the reason why they're so good is because the sandwiches are very well made there's a good variety of fresh toppings and the meat is top quality. This is where I go to treat myself.

Both guys were super friendly, and our sandwiches were made to tasty perfection. The ice machine was down, but they still provided ice for us.

Lunch time is always busy, the parking lot is crammed tight. Great food, but takes 15-20 minutes after you order during lunch rush. Outside of that time, they're nearly always fast.

I love this place it's such a good alternative to Subway, little King, etc. They have their own little style and I think it works really well.i also like the way you mark all your sub choices, and you want on your sub. hand it to the cashier and you don't have to go through the whole order, you know it's going to be exactly the way you want it everytime.

How did it take me so long to find this place! Delicious sandwiches. Any ingredient combo you can imagine and great quality, as well. To order, you just check some boxes on a paper sack, hand the sack to the cashier, and they call your name when it's done - much easier than having to go back and forth with the sandwich makers.

I had the gyro and hubby had the cheeseburgerwich. Both of those were amazing. Fries were over salted and I really couldn’t eat too many of those. Good thing we didn’t try them for their fries 😉

But those sandwiches were amazing

Amazing food, amazing customer service! I do not recommend delivery, two hours late through Doordash. Which Wich had amazing customer service and redelivered a sandwich themselves for free and refunded everything! I can’t brag on the customer service enough! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The guys up there are phenomenal Superior Sandwiches is definitely right on with what they provide and their service is exceptional! Each time I get my sandwich I love it every time a little more!!!!!

It was my first time at Which Wich. I didn't know how to order and the employee was very nice and helpful in explaining. Good sandwich and fries! Great deal on Wednesday!
