If I could have a 10 star review, I would. They did an excellent job at transforming a vintage ring into the perfect fit. I had a very hard time finding someone that would take this ring and do what needed to be done. It needed to be sized down quite a bit, and add a prong, and they did it PERFECTLY! It sparkles like I've never seen it sparkle before either. Everyone there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend White Bear Jewelers to anyone! THANK YOU!

In attempting to make my own engagement ring, I reached a point where I didn't have the time or skills necessary to complete the project. I worked with Ben who took my partially finished ring and stones and did a magnificent job modifying, setting the stones and finishing, all on very short notice and with a fast turnaround. Truly can't overstate how happy we are with the finished product. Thank you Ben!

Ive been a customer of white bear jewelers for years, they have always been kind and knowledgable and charged me very VERY fairly. This is one buisness that I plan on being a customer with for a LONG time. The repairs have always held up very nicely. They did an appraisal for me and gave me eveything I needed. And their sizings have always been spot on for me. I highly recommend white bear jewelers. update *11-28-2020- under new ownership-I haven't brought any jewelry into the new owners.

Thought I needed my watch battery replaced but it was more than that. Left it there over night and it was fixed the next day at the cost of a new battery. The owners of this place are very honest and I will be coming back to buy some jewelry. 5 STARS

I recently brought an item in last week and I was pleasantly surprised by their expertise, very reasonable repair pricing and the repair time was within days, if not right as I stood there. And their Customer Service team is fantastic. I was greeted by smiles and friendly conversation. I have since brought in a stash of jewelry that has been waiting to be repaired for years. Stopped in to have my mom’s charms changed to a different chain. We could not remove them because the clasp was too large. They were so nice to do it while we waited and did not even charge her.

I’ve been to this jeweler twice now and both times I was very impressed by the service I received. This last time I need my wedding ring resized and the owner himself took the time to make sure we were picking the right size. When I got the ring back it was perfect and even shiner than the day I got it! I will be back for all my jewelry needs in the future!

I took two of my watches for battery replacement earlier this week and I had to wait - there were three customers being served by staff, at 11:00 am no less. I was quickly greeted and waited 4 minutes by the delightful staff. My watches were addressed in short order and the pricing was amazing. My new go to. Helps that it is locally owned. Great experience.

I have my mother's pearl necklace that is probably 55 years old. The
clasp would not close so I brought it to White Bear Jewelers to be repaired. I told the jeweler that I was afraid of losing the necklace and needed the clasp repaired or replaced and
that I was prepared to have it replaced to make it secure. The jeweler looked at the necklace immediately and was able to fix the clasp and he did it at no charge! I was so impressed that he did that when he could have changed the clasp and charge me. I appreciate the honesty and fine work and will definitely be returning!

I do not frequent jewelry stores often. This stop was a must. I was a little skeptical. However, I was greeted by 2 very cordial ladies. Not at all "pushy". Pleasant and knowledgeable. Just what I love when going into any establishment. They made me feel at ease and educated me about my concerns. I highly recommend them to look at your present jewelry, or stop in if you're thinking about a new purchase. I truly enjoyed my visit.

I went in to have three loose diamonds in my wedding ring tightened. The goldsmith tightened the stones and cleaned the ring in ten minutes. He didn't charge me. He was so friendly and I am so happy that my ring is fixed. I will definitely be in again.

Visited WB Jewelers to get my ring re-sized. Staff was so pleasant, the service was way quicker than I imagined (one day turnaround!), and it was extremely affordable. The quality of the work was 10/10. Highly recommend WB Jewelers.
