I had a awesome experience with Darrell at Auto Kingdom. All of the information I needed about the Escape was online so I could do my research before going in for a treat drive. The car ran great and was exactly as advertised. In the past weeks since I purchased the vehicle I have relied on the 4 wheel drive. Great car and a great experience. I'll also be taking all of my repair and maintenance needs into the shop. Everyone was very friendly.

Auto Kingdom was great to work with. I took at least a couple months to shop around and yet I found myself back at Auto Kingdom. They have some of the best prices and inventory around. I stopped in and dealt with Darrel initially who was extremely helpful and happy to help. He understood I was not ready and just shopping around. Still he went out of his way to assist and answered any questions I had while letting me test drive anything I wanted. When I purchased the vehicle I worked with Mark. Mark was also extremely helpful and willing to assist in anyway. The sale was seamless and he assisted with finding the best financing possible, going out of his way to call the individual lien holders for the best deal. While car shopping, I had previously told myself that I would only buy from a "reputable" dealership. After an exhausting search, we did find a vehicle that suited our needs at Auto Kingdom. I was reluctant, but we made the journey to see the car based on previous Google reviews (4.9 star). After arriving, driving through the lot (twice) and leaving, we decided to return. We met Darrell, who was very helpful. He was not the typical "high pressure salesman". He answered our questions and was very patient with us. We finally did make the decision to purchase, and throughout the process Darrell was very honest and up-front with us and explained the procedure step-by-step. In the end, we left as very satisfied customers. Auto Kingdom definitely did NOT match my preconceived notion of what a smaller auto dealership is - instead showing me what a smaller auto dealership SHOULD be!

We purchased a 2013 BMW X1 from Darrell at Auto Kingdom in Blaine. It was a very enjoyable experience. Darrell is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all our questions about the car, its warranty, and the financing. When we arrive to pick up the car he had the paperwork and the car ready for us. Went here after finding the car I wanted on auto trader. Darrel was very nice and helpful. I was surprised when they let us test drive the car alone! Ended up trading my car in for a 2014 Chevy Cruze LT. Purchased the car in February. Still runs amazing and I love it! Even came with new tires. Highly recommend this place.

Seamless, simple and knowledgeable. From the first communication with Mark, to the final signature, the process was better then the usual dance you do at a dealership. Mark was cordial, polite and straight to the point of getting me the best deal possible. Their pricing was driven by market and there wasn't a need to haggle. Financing options were good and the care overall of earning my business was impressive. Mark and Auto Kingdom will be our first look when time comes to replace our other family vehicle.

My wife bought a Jeep from Darrell. He was great to work with, very up front and transparent with everything. We drove from Duluth to buy this vehicle and he stayed open late for us. On the drive home, we ended up having a couple issues. I called Darrell the next day and explained what was going on. We brought the Jeep back and he made sure that all issues were taken care of. We saw a vehicle for our daughter on Auto Trader that they had listed. When we arrived we were greeted by Darrel and he took great care of us. He answered what he knew about this trade in car, showed us the work they had done on it after it was traded and was very friendly. Before I dive into my direct contact with Auto Kingdom, I want you to know that I spent a great amount of time on their website and viewing all vehicles of my liking. Why? BECAUSE THEY OFFER A FREE CARFAX REPORT ON ALL THEIR VEHICLES! They have NOTHING TO HIDE and charge you $0.00 on these reports. If you are unfamiliar with Carfax, they charge you $39.99 on one vehicle history report; ONE! But you get unlimited access to all the vehicles' reports because Auto Kingdom provides them for FREE! They only do honest business and you will (and should) already know what you're getting into before you even contact them.

I've dealt with plenty of auto-salesmen (a different dealership earlier in the week sold a vehicle I was pre-approved for on the same day I was supposed to go in to see the vehicle) and Mark and Darrell were both fantastic salesmen. They didn't pressure me one bit in the process of getting my vehicle. They were polite and made suggestions and offered to show me similar vehicles around the same price if I'd like, but I already had my mind set on one; my Camry.

They didn't waste any time. They and I knew what I was there for and I test drove the vehicle right away. After I was finished, I came back to speak with Mark and he was very professional and efficient with faxing the purchase agreement to my bank in only a few minutes.

After getting my purchase agreement faxed, I had to go back to my bank to finalize some documents on that end. I returned to AK within a couple of hours and Mark and Darrell had the vehicle already prepared and ready to go while I was gone.

I quickly signed the paperwork, paid for the vehicle and left soon after in my new car! If I had to cut out the portion of having to travel between Auto Kingdom and the time I spent at my bank, I spent less than 45 minutes with Auto Kingdom that day.

All in all, they were a very great dealership to work with. I will definitely recommend their services to my family members. I have a few people who are looking for a new car and Auto Kingdom may see more business coming their way!

This is a great dealership! They don't give off the typical car dealership vibe, where they hound you with their sales pitch immediatly after you walk in the door, tell you how "great of a deal" it is that they're offering you, then explain how they probably won't be able to give you the same offer if you don't sign today. These guys make you feel extremely comfortable and don't pressure you to make any immediate decisions. They were also the one and only dealership that was willing to give me an estimate of what my trade in value would be. Everywhere else absolutely refused to give me an estimate without having me bring my vehicle in for them to see. If I wanted an exact number, that would make sense. But I simply wanted an estimated range, so I could know if I should even bother looking at any of their vehicles.

We live about 45 minutes away and are much closer to many other dealerships, but they were worth the drive! We've already recommended this place to others we know that are interested in a new vehicle.

I have nothing but praise for all the fellas down at Auto Kingdom! For a first time car buyer, I did not feel intimated or pressured into an agreement, but made sure that I felt as comfortable as possible with the whole process.

What makes Auto Kingdom stand out from other dealerships is the fact that they do not work for commission; all their employees are salaried. No one is trying to vie for your attention or badgering you for your business.

In addition, they take test drives a little differently. They just make a copy of your license and hand the keys over! It was nice to drive the car around and talk candidly about the pro's and con's of the car, which I also liked.

My wife and I recently purchased a Durango from Auto Kingdom. It wasn't a car they had on their lot. Tony and the Sales team took the time to narrow down what it was that my wife and I were looking for in this Durango. It was a Fantastic Customer experience from start to finish.
