Quite place to work no Hussle

Jennifer has horrible customer service skills. So horrible that I am outside the store leaving this review.
I asked if they had tape I could use or if not, I’d buy it. She said I think it’s best you buy it while she has a whole roll of tape next to her.
Honestly, don’t know why I didn’t tape the top before coming but have never had anyone not let you use their whole roll of tape when dropping anything off before!
It’s time to retire if you’re that unhappy with your job!

Stopped delivering my packages due to a little snow and when I showed up to pick up my mail people ignored me at the front door waiting for me to leave

On 11/04/21 , my package got scanned as delivered while I was at home waiting for it, so I immediately went out to pick it up, but I didn't see it. So, I called the post office, an extremely rude WOMAN answered my call and said they didn't do anything wrong while yelling, so I asked her supervisor, but she said she is the supervisor, and when I was speaking, she hung up phone on me. UNBELIEVABLE!!
Thank you USPS for hiring such Liar, Rude and Shameless person.
Just filed a complaint against the person.

Old lady was very rude when we were trying to grab our mail that hasnt been delivered in days, and said that we were bothering her.
