I wanted a specific color in a new Buick, the dealership in White Bear didn't have the color I wanted, the salesperson, Irving, searched the area and found the car I wanted. He was able to get the car I wanted. All of the staff was very helpful and respectful. A great car buying experience!

My wife and I are loving our new Acadia we picked up this last week. Our sales person (Donnell) was super knowledgeable about the different vehicles we looked at and laid back. We loved the color wheel combo with this Acadia, but were hoping for leather in our new vehicle. This vehicle had heated cloth seats, but Charlie said no problem we can do leather. He was able to put aftermarket factory match leather in the car and it’s so nice!! You’d never know it didn’t come like this. If you’re in the same boat I’d definitely look at doing this. This was our first “brand new” vehicle purchase and the process was smooth. Shout out to Charlie and team! The vehicle looks and drives great!!

My wife and I have bought three different vehicles with the Superstore over the last 10 years and have had great service every time. We have worked with Tim on all three and couldn’t be happier. Everyone there was attentive and willing to answer questions without being pushy. I also recently worked with Charlie who was very helpful in getting a Yukon located even though every other dealership was telling me it would be months before they could get one in stock. Overall a great experience and plan on getting future vehicles from the Superstore.

I was reluctant to have to buy a vehicle from a dealership but once I got started here, everyone I met and dealt with made it a pleasure! I did end up buying a new GMC truck and am satisfied. I felt no pressure and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle

I had great experience with the sales person, new car manager and finance manager.
I although find it disheartening that GM would put out a vehicle with audio technology that does not work properly. There is a known audio issue with the amplifier, blue tooth, and car play technology but no one at GM seems to care and the dealerships don't seem to want to deal with it. I have read about it on social media and my neighbor across the street has had to bring her new Tahoe in several times over the last three months only finally figure out her amplifier was is the issue. My Buick sounds turns off when I go from Car Play to radio as well as the wireless blue tooth sound quality is poor and it echos. We have 4 GM vehicles now in our family and buying a new GX with poor blue tooth sound quality, as well as intermittent on and off sound while driving the vehicle is disappointing and distracting.

My experience here has been nothing less of a great experience. Gary was ready to greet my mother and me at the entrance with a warm welcome and offered his expertise on the used vehicle I was interested in. I felt very comfortable during the test drive and inspection of the vehicle. The process was smooth and I was able to choose the car I was most interested in. Thank you Gary!

Due to Discount Tire swindling me, I took a chance & stopped in here this morning and then came back this afternoon for further assistance. Everyone from front desk, to sales clerk, to the guys in the service department was nothing but positive and helpful. Thank you for the great staff and friendly help!!! Highly recommend

From the start Eddie was warm friendly and straight forward without being rude. My husband is a tough cookie to deal with sometimes when it comes to salesman but Eddie took the time to listen to him and address any questions he had. Tom was great explaining the financing also connecting to us as real humans. Some other dear ships on the same road had similar vehicles we test drove and would have considered had we not been treated so badly when asking about our trade in. We didn’t get the highest quote for our trade in but we got the best overall deal with Eddie and Tom here. Definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

My experience at the dealership with Irving was amazing. He was charming and funny and overall the best salesman I have ever met.

I had a very nice and professional experience recently at the White Bear Lake Superstore which is something that a customer expects but is not often rewarded with at many dealerships. The salesperson Irving was very professional throughout the process from ordering, to answering questions, right through delivery. Charlie stepped up when it came time to finalize the deal, and all people that I came into contact with were very cordial. I may have finally found a dealership with whom I can make a relationship with for future purchases. I do define my experience as professional grade.

Brittany work with me to get the best deal on my Encore she answered all our questions and explained everything I needed to know about the car. She gets a 10 from me .
