Pet Supplies Plus Vadnais Heights

Looks like a smaller store from the outside, but it's packed full of high-quality stuff that I haven't seen at many other chain stores. They also frequently run good deals.
However, the real thing that sets this store apart from others (PSP or other chains) are the employees: super knowledgeable and they obviously genuinely enjoy helping customers, their pets, and taking care of their store. The level of customer service, cleanliness and meticulous care of the store made it feel more like a small boutique shop than just another chain location.

This is the second time I've used their dog wash in the back. I love it. I have a bad back so it's much easier for me to wash, rinse and dry him. They provide different shampoos and one that is a shampoo and conditioner. They also provide towels and a blow dryer. They have two stations. I saw a great dane (horse lol) using the lower wash rack and I used the higher one that has stairs. My dog is 60 lbs.

I love Pet Supplies Plus! They always carry what I need for our 3 Egyptian Maus. If by chance they're out of it, they restock quickly. Always very friendly and helpful.

Miranda is amazing! Rarely do you find such exceptional service as the service she delivers!! She’s friendly, knows where everything is in the entire store, and she sincerely wants you to have good experience. I could go to closer stores but she’s retained me as a customer as long as she’s there! Miranda is a HUGE asset to your store.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, & good selection of food and supplements. Prices are comparable. They have coupons & sales all the time. Love that I can use the delivery option, as I've had my hands full with a new pup.

Pet Supplies Plus in Vadnais Heights, MN is an excellent store. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. And if something is out of stock, they are persistent in getting it in the store.

After rescuing two dogs we went to this location and the staff was beyond helpful. They treated our new puppies so well and were so kind and caring. They gave excellent advice and were so generous. Best place you could bring your furbabies!

I always get the impression that—like many places—this location is short staffed, but they’ve always had what I needed for small animal & cat care, and the employees who are there are always very nice & helpful. Mandi is especially great :) Also, there’s a cat room. I’ve spent countless hours hanging out in there with the cats that are up for adoption

Wow! Just Wow! My order was ready in less than an hour for me to pick up on my way home. They 3 ladies that were there were ALL customer service experts, even the one that was leaving and still offered to help me with my large bag of dog food when I was headed for my car. They even gave me a Care Package with a flyer, sample, PLUS a ball. My 3 dogs will be SO happy since they lost all of theirs in the snow. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Excellent place to find all things for all of your pets. Employees are very nice and very helpful. I asked a few questions and they answered kindly! Want a new pet? Come here and check it out. The store is clean and well organized. Some pet stores stink a bit but this place doesnt! They also have a good amount of fishes to choose from too.

Rhea does a fantastic job trimming and filing our Chiweenie's nails. We have been battling our dog for over 3 years, and Rhea makes it look so easy. I am glad out of all the places I could have chosen to trim his nails, I chose Pet Supplies Plus in Vadnais Heights. What a relief every 7 weeks.

I'm always very happy with the customer service here. Everyone is always welcoming and helpful. Prices are not bad. Especially for a privately owned store. They always have great sale prices, so if you're patient, you'll always get a good deal on the supplies you need.

Very nice little store. Regular sales and membership deals. I wish they could reuse the plastic bags they use for delivery. I wouldn’t mind dropping it off for them to reuse.

I love that they have a self service pet wash! I’m trying to get my puppy adjusted to being groomed for when he’s older, and having this pet wash is an awesome resource. We will certainly be back for his next bath!!! Also, the shampoo selection they have is awesome. I used the oatmeal shampoo and his coat is so, so, shiny and soft.

Great customer service. I found out what happened with the company that manufactured my dog's food and was given some great alternative choices. I was told I could return the new food if my dog would not like it for a full refund, and the unused food would go to a shelter. You can't beat that. On top of that, it was my dog's birthday and I received a discount on my purchases. My dog and I were very happy!

This is my new favorite pet store. Their prices are pretty good, and they also have lots of good sales often too. I regularly get their coupons in the mail, usually twice a month for 25% off a purchase so I'm always saving money when I shop here which is a huge plus.

Their customer service is 11/10. About everytime I've been in here their employees go above and beyond to help, definitely more than what is expected of them. They're always very helpful and super kind.

I've done a few online pick up orders and they've always included extras such as a small toy or treats for my dogs and cat, as well as a hand written note. Like I said, they go above and beyond! I think it's so thoughtful and I was so pleasantly surprised the first time. My orders are also consistently ready very quickly, usually less than an hour! It's so convenient.

Although they are a chain, they are locally and family owned and it shows. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm so glad I found them and I will definitely continue to do most of my shopping for my animals here.

I come here at least once a month to get everything I need for my dog. Staff helped pick out high quality, but reasonably priced, food the first time I went. They are usually stocked, but I’ve ran into empty shelves on certain items but there is usually another similar option. I also like that they will email regarding recalls and always have coupons. I recommend this place to coworkers and my roommates. I haven’t used their spa services, but I think their prices for supplies and food are much more reasonable than the big companies. I can’t say much about supplies for other pets other than cats and dogs, but this is the only place I’ll go with my dog.

Very friendly and helpful staff ready to answer your questions and help you find what you need. I drive from Stillwater just for this store to feed my Cat. Great store!
