I have eaten at just about every Chicago style eatery in Minnesota, and your food was good. I ordered a chicken wing dinner, and I really appreciate that the wings were cooked fresh. Most places the wings are cooked prior to your order and just thrown back in the grease once you placed your order. Thanx

This might be my favorite restaurant in the area. We've eaten here quite a bit since we found it. Food is always fresh and delicious.

Fantastic burgers and pizza! The gyro burger and four cheese pizza are my favorites.

Absolute best pizza around, which is why they've won best pizza in Fridley so many times. Their other food is phenomenal as well, I would highly suggest their gyro plate as well. Go here, you will not be disappointed at all.

Just moved to the neighborhood. First time here and very impressed. The falafel was excellent, the fries were perfect- crispy outside and soft inside. Cucumber sauce and honey mustard were both delicious. Treated myself to the cheesecake, which was awesome. The owner was very nice as well. Happy this is my new neighborhood spot. Will be visiting often. Highly recommend!

Definitely lamb n rice on Sunday. Very good Islamic and kosher meals. Kinda pricey I thought until I notice the price is Neve the same and they charge what they want. Every meal at least 15$. I down size to small and they still charge high dollar. 6.99 sandwich and small rice still 14.$ when full plate is 13.99 that he charges $14.99 for. Beware of register

I have been ordering from River Grill for years, the food has always been good and exactly what I ordered and exactly what I expected. The staff is very friendly, hell if I were getting married I'd invite the delivery guy to my wedding he's at my house more than my friends. I especially like the Chicken and Broccoli pizza, the crust is great and if you reheat a slice or two in the oven the next day it's even better! I have nothing bad to say about River Grill.

This place is great. I've been coming here for years and while basic, I can't get enough of the chicken strip basket. They're perfectly seasoned and combined with the honey mustard it's a great meal. The other food is just as great too though! If chick strips isn't your thing I suggest any gyro or kabob dish! Fried mushrooms or cheese curds are the best around, but the strip basket comes with fries that will melt your heart. Or something like that 😁

Hidden gem! Truly great food with a gas station attached! The gyro and gyro platter we ordered were both great portions and the sauce was wonderful! We also ordered the hummus and enjoyed that. Pricing was fair and service was friendly! I appreciated my takeout order was ready when I got there! I would recommend this when you are looking for laid back food at a good price!

First time here. Great food! And they deliver!

They have this $30 PIZZA plus a $10 delivery fee. All I can say is...THIS PIZZA IS THE BOMB!! I'M in recovery so I treat myself to this killer pizza once a week as a treat. Feb.15th I'll have SEVEN MONTHS CLEAN N SOBER!! Yesterday my doctor said he is SOO proud of me!! Yes, I have a tumor in my left lung. Yes, I have an aneurysm on my AORTA!! And I had to learn how to LOVE MYSELF all over again!! My name is John P and I'm an addict!

I feel the need to edit because my last review really doesn't encompass how absolutely awesome this restaurant is. The staff is always super friendly, the food always showed up as if I where there in house and the food is to die for. Seeing a restaurant have such a wide array of food and they always knock it out of the park with everything is very rare. And on top of that their prices have always been very fair even through the pandemic. I just wanted to give these guys some love because they deserve it.

P.S. I don't work for this restaurant I'm just a big fan.

Wow! We Just ordered for the first time and it was delicious!! The gyro pocket, the double cheeseburger, the fries and falafel, amazing!! We don't order out often, but this place will certainly be 1st on the list! Friendly service too! Highly recommend!

I've had good food hear too many times for a bad review, but today was awful. If something happens to an order there is no need to be rude.

Ordered lunch and came to pick it up two minutes early. The guy working says "looks like somebody bought your lunch" and just went back to grilling. Maybe ask for a name if you're going to confuse orders? An apology or something? Basically got a "that sucks to be you " response from the guy. Super rude.

Went here for dinner on a recommendation from a chef friend of mine and was very pleased with the food, very good quality ingredients and extremely delicious lamb. Menu has a wide variety of items, will be back for sure to try more things. Hidden gem for sure, kind of hard to locate being that it's in a gas station strip mall.
