Pentair Filtration and Process

Pentair has the potential to be better and to keep their employees. The only obstacle are the current Hmong women who are the temporary team leads, (except for MBL-In’s team lead), supervisors on both shift, and some people in management. They will make it hard for you, gossip, and even bully you. When I was there they were going through a few team leads and even now they’ve gone through multiple leads because of the current temporary leads. They are purposefully sabotaging the new leads in training. Good luck if you choose to work here. If upper management was smart, they’d investigate.

Whoever manages your interview/hiring process is terrible. I rescheduled my interview a day prior to a different time and not only did the individual call me at the wrong time they never called me at my scheduled interview time. When I reached out on indeed they never responded. So I went back to the link provided and proceed to schedule a new interview. Once again, I'm ghosted and ignored when it came to the interview time. Wasted my time. Whoever is handling this is unprofessional and unorganized! Taking myself elsewhere.

Everything that everybody has said on the reviews are true. It happened to me too. Jessie Van Liew did not call me at the scheduled time and didn't even bother to email me to reschedule. She reached out to me and said to schedule a time to talk with her but she never called. Thank you for wasting my time. You are so good at your job.

DO NOT WORK HERE. It is so poorly organized and if the supervisors don't like you they will make things very difficult for you. I was fired for taking 2 HOURS off, with permission, because I was in a car accident. Oh, and they let awful, defective products through the lines.

they have the worst people training you on site. just watch out for supervisor goes by the name Lou he is so raises and his leader yeng they don’t like black people👎
