Ramada by Wyndham Plymouth Hotel & Conference Center

Was in town for a convention and stayed there overnight. Front desk was very accomodating to our request to be put near the door on the main level, got to our rooms and everything was spotless, clean and crisp. Room smelled fresh and all appliances worked perfectly. Beds and pillows were comfortable and there was absolutely no noise outside or in the hallway like some Inns have. No sketchy people hanging around in the early morning and you can tell they are in the midst of some renovations so you can tell they care about their guests experiences. Continental breakfast this morning was robust and delicious. Sausage and eggs were hot and not rubbery. Told the staff at the front desk upon checkout that i will be coming back next fall for Crypticon and found our place we will gladly call home for 4 days! Highly recommend this place for any traveler of any budget!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada hotel for five months, and I must say it was a positive experience. From the moment I checked in, I was blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff.

What impressed me the most was the manager's dedication to productivity and efficiency. From the streamlined check-in process to the seamless coordination of housekeeping and maintenance, the manager ensured that everything ran like clockwork. It was evident that the manager was passionate about creating a positive guest experience and that this passion trickled down to the rest of the staff.

The hotel was equipped with all amenities one could ask for, including a fitness center, a beautiful indoor pool, and an exquisite on-site restaurant that served delicious food. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities to make me feel right at home.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to major attractions and local restaurants, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I can't thank the staff enough for their excellent service and hospitality, and I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

Not only was the manager productive, but also kind and empathetic. They took the time to get to know their guests, making sure that they were comfortable and had everything they needed to enjoy their stay. Whether it was recommending local restaurants or offering helpful tips on local attractions, the manager went above and beyond to make sure that their guests felt at home.

We stayed here before and after flying out for a cruise. The beds and hotel were clean and smelled fresh. They had a decent grab and go breakfast as well as a good park and fly option. What made our stay a 5 star stay was the excellent customer service. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient but the manager really went above and beyond for us. He was excellent and pleasant and came to get us in the early hours of the morning when our flight was severely delayed. Thank you so much!!

Truly a wonderful stay. From check in to check out, everything was flawlessly executed. The hotel was sparkling, and housekeeping to front desk are grade-A. The room was comfortable and well furnished.
I loved the atmosphere of this hotel. It was bright, happy, and felt very welcoming. The staff was polite and helpful. I loved the room, as it was small and cozy, and had everything you needed. It was clean and well organized. This is a first time staying with Wyndham, and I will say, I would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

The hotel covers all the basics well.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had requested a room with an extra bed. After checking in and unpacking we were told the room was unable to accomodate another bed and we had to switch. The check in staff were extremely helpful and came up to help us switch rooms without even being asked. Breakfast is basic but again had enough options to be a healthy breakfast. Plenty of breakfast options outside as well.

WC loves Ramada! We have been to this hotel a few times and have always had good service. The location is close to downtown, the service is friendly and prompt, the free breakfast buffet is great, and the rooms are clean and well kept!

We loved the stay at Ramada. It was very comfortable especially when we were travelling with elderly and a young infant. Rooms were of decent size and very clean. Quiet but close enough to the city center. Also appreciated the complimentary parking!

Organized a few events here and it was amazing. The staff were outstanding and they made everything so much easier for us. Apart from the excellent service, the food taste great too!! Not to mention that we love the natural lighting in the Sunset room. Thank you Lisa for always giving us the best experience.

The staff is spectacular. We have had several events here and everyone is so accommodating. The rooms are recently remodeled and are fantastic for this price point. The attached Green Mill has great food and staff. I highly recommend the Ramada for any events or even just to relax and enjoy the pool.

Attended a music concert in Plymouth Playhouses. Good mid size room with great seating. Excellent music program.

This a great hotel. My wife and 2.5 year old have stayed at this hotel 8 or 9 times in the past year. The pool area is great. They have a toddler pool that is about 20 x 30 always super warm. I think it was 95 degrees at our last stay! Amazing, it always bugs me when a hotel has a great pool area and it's cold., not this pool, always warm and getting tons of use! The larger pool has 2 great slides for both adults and kids. The large pool isn't 95 but always seems to be around 85, warm enough to really enjoy your time in it. Good hot breakfast nice friendly staff. We will continue to choose this hotel again and again.

The pool is nice and large enough for kids to play in and have kind of a swim session. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would reserve the suite next time!

Clean nice size room. Comfy king bed. Furniture was nice. Nice size bathroom. AC was cold. WIFi. Hot water. Great cable TV channels. Pools are indoor and a nice size with slides. Kid friendly. Laundry machines available with a lounge to hang out in. The ice machines on 1st floor were out of order. Semi truck parking with plenty of room. There is also a restaurant attached with pretty good food.

The staff here went above and beyond for me throughout the entire time my 4 or 5 day stay. Like in many customer service businesses, I saw these people have to put of with much impatience and disrespect.

I watched them strive to do the best they could. The front desk, houskeeping... The least we could all do as humans, is put our own slfishness, impatience and ego aside, and just greet these people with a smile and hello! Even if we are unhappy, or late, or tired. I had some wonderful conversations with the front desk staff, and when some planning issues (on my part!) came up, they kindly and generously helped me in any way they could, above and beyond their job description. If you are unhappy or disastisfied with something, just go up and kindly explain! It is a struggle to upkeep a hotel, especially in these times. You only have so many hands! 😅

Anyone coming here, go in knowing that its not your 5 star fancy hotel where everyone is wearing suits, but if youre having to choose between this, and some other similarly priced hotel, the people at the front desk will likely show you great respect and kindess.

I've been here a time or two before but this was the best visit by far. They have new owners and you can tell. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I made a mistake while booking the trip and the lady at the front desk was a life saver. The pool was better looked after and the amount of people at the pool was better managed. The breakfast has made a vast improvement. We can't wait to go back.

I had a great time and stay last weekend . Checked in Friday out Sunday . Hot breakfast both mornings . Clean room 1 queen with tub . Quiet . Able to park tractor trailer easily lots of room to maneuver. Safe location . Enterprise within walking distance for return on Sunday . Green Mill attached to complex. Everything you might want or need within 5 miles . Best yet the Plymouth Playhouse is attached also where I watched Ladies of the 80s perform Saturday night . Really well done .

My husband and I have stayed at many hotels across the country, and we were prepared for the worst after reading the negative reviews about this hotel. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. The check in process was quick and easy. It was one of the fastest check ins I've ever experienced. Our hotel room was updated, the bed was comfy, equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, and the room was actually pretty spacious. They have a lot of large suite options available with full kitchens as well. My only complaint would be there were only three throw-sized pillows on our queen bed. We didn't call and ask for more pillows, but I'm sure they would've accommodated had we chosen to do so.

The pool area is great for kids, equipped with small waterslides and a basketball hoop. It only goes about 4 feet deep. I dipped my feet in the pool and the water was absolutely freezing. It would've been nice to have had a separate lap pool for adults. There is also separate hot tub that is not directly connected to the pool. The water was warm.

The breakfast was decent. Weird looking eggs so I opted for the hard boiled eggs. Waffles, cereal, fruit; typical continental hotel breakfast. I can't believe people complained about it in their reviews: it's FREE! It's better than nothing!

Overall, it was a great stay. We booked it on Priceline and got a great deal. The hotel was quiet, safe, and comfortable. Easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis. My complaints were very minor so I'm still giving this hotel 5 stars!

Location is off the beaten path, but we were able to park our vehicle and take a shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast was light, but hotel was clean and staff very helpful & courteous.

It's so great and the beds are SOOO comfy and the cold air is my fav and the drinks there is actually very tasty
