Working with Smart Homes was a pleasure as they made the job easy for me. Working with owner, Aren, was pleasurable as well as he really cares about making the owner happy. Aren was nice enough to help me solve my problem with 25 inches of snow on my roof this year; thank you to his team of 7, they took care of my problem. I would highly recommend the team at Smart Homes!

Lonsdale was hit by a storm, with tennis ball sized hail, June 17th of 21. My roof was seriously damaged along with my siding and a door. MN Smart Homes worked with my insurance company from the get-go, my roof and gutters were replaced within the first two weeks, and my siding about a month later. His work crews are good at what they do, the work is done right, and the work site is cleaned up daily. The roof took one day, and the siding was done in 3 days. Aren is very easy to work with, and is very low pressure in his approach, far different than the high pressure sales pitches we were getting. I highly recommend MN Smart Homes, and I would hope that my experience here, helps a few people feel more at ease, choosing this company.

MN Smart Homes was referred to me by my dad after some wind and hail left me with missing shingles. Aren explained the process of working with my insurance company to me so I had a good understanding of the steps it would take. The work crew was wonderful, and very thorough. They were great with all the questions that the kids asked during the project as well. Since we were getting so close to winter, Aren and I kept in touch so we could work out a schedule to get gutters installed as the final piece to my roof replacement. This was most exciting to me since my house has not had full gutters in the 8 years I have owned it. The crew that was sent to do gutters did an amazing job as well. Thanks for all your great work!

MN Smart Homes rebuilt our roof after a massive hail storm here in WI. The inspection was quick. The approval process was seamless. The roof was replaced in 1 day. The crew was professional. We had a very positive experience with MN Smart Homes. Aren was our contact. He answered all of our questions and responded to all of our texted. He was thorough in his explanation of how and when things would happen and what to expect. He far exceeded our expectations.

Aren and the MN Smart Homes team will be the ONLY contractor I would let work on the exterior of our home. Aren worked closely with our insurance company to ensure we received full coverage for our roof and siding that was damaged by hail. Aren's crews were meticulous during the installation, including clean up, which we appreciated with having a dog and young kids. Aren and his team were great to work with. They installed gutters on our new home and took the time to ensure they maintained the facade of the home and hide the gutters as best as possible. The color matching was perfect and the installation was quick.

I had storm damage from last summer that a previous contractor was dragging their feet on. I was recommended to MN Smart Homes and called Aren and he came out within a few days to look at the work that needed to be done and within a couple of weeks I had everything completed; roof, siding, downspouts, trim and painting. All of the work was done professionally and on time. I would recommend Aren and MN Smart Homes to anybody and will definitely use them in the future

Best experience we have had, we had some pretty bad storm damage and our neighbors us Mn Smart Homes. Their house looked fantastic and they started before any other contractor who's also working in our neighborhood.

We met with and worked with one of their sales people but what really stood out was how much the owner was involved. The work was top knoch and our experience was fantastic.

After the hail storm caused extensive damage, several companies came to ask if we would contract with them to repair. MN Smart Homes was not the first to arrive but Aren Dela was the only one we felt was trustworthy. He is the heart of this company. He had great ideas but didn't pressure us. We upgraded some things that insurance didn't cover. Aren was able to save us money. Our home looks amazing thanks to his guidance and the work of the crews.

This company is fabulous! Aren is terrific to work with and his crew was top notch. Far beyond the best experience I've had with any home improvement company. Aren was referred to us after we had a significant water event in our basement. He was extremely responsive and came to look at our basement the same day. He was honest with us and we ended up saving money. I can't say enough good things about this guy. Will definitely use them if needed in the future.

We had our kitchen dishwasher leak, we called MN Smart Homes and they had 3 people out quick. The good news is they were able to save our hardwood floors with no damage to them and little repairs to our trim (they Also took care of fixing it).

These guys were awesome! Very responsive in addressing the problem and immediately started the process of drying out my bathroom and garage where the water leaked through...I would definitely recommend these guys! Aren was super helpful and thoughtful about getting my bathroom all taken care of! His team did an amazing job at restoring my bathroom and cleaning up the water damage.
