This is a wonderful shopping experience! Elvis was a GREAT person to work with and made sure we were taken care of and test drove everything we were interested in before he gave my wife and I time to decide on what we really wanted. Would highly recommend Elvis and this dealership wether you are just looking or are in the market for a new vehicle!!!!

Elvis Miles was my salesman when I bought my Lexus there. I live 2 hours away and arrived 15 minutes before closing time. I told him I would be back the next day to buy the car. He insisted to have it done that night. Elvis stayed 2 hours past his time to leave just to help me out. Super friendly guy. Unfortunately the bank didn’t get back to us but the next day I picked up to car and he stayed late again for me! I am very satisfied and recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle there to go with Elvis.

I had the most marvelous experience at The Bear Lot in Mounds view this morning. I am a woman of a certain age, I had a traumatic injury to both my legs, and I live alone. While I can take care of most of my needs...keeping my vehicle in good working order is imperative.
I was greeted by Blake (I was 30 minutes early) with professional kindness and he said no worries, we will get you in right away.
Every step of the way, he explained what they were doing, what they found and the estimate of the work. He kept checking on me and the staff completed the work in less than an hour!!!
He also gathered extra inform me on the future plans for my vehicle.
I will be returning to take advantage of their Detailing program as I was too crippled to do it myself. I said lets do an oil change as well.
The showroom, service area were spotless and organized.

I consider myself a very loyal customer, regardless of the type of service, if I feel they're honest, up front, and don't jerk me around either financially or with BS, then i'll stick with them. That's the case with Rydell Auto Outlet. I've personally purchased 3 motorcycles and 1 car. 2 of the bikes were Suzukis and they found me a Honda Valkyrie, and the auto was an Audi A3. All bikes and the car were purchased within a year or so and I don't go anywhere else. Sure I do my research, but time and again, their prices are unbeatable as is their customer service and honesty. My wife was so impressed that I'd go to the same dealership time and again that she purchased a 2017 Dodge RAM. The dealership's ability to either get or have what the customer needs is remarkable. I've dealt with everyone from the General Manager to finance to the buyer. I've been treated respectfully and I never felt there was any BS going on. I spent 20 years in the military and worked for the NSA and I feel I have a keen sense of detecting a line of you know what, and that's not what Rydell is about. The prices they offer provide very low margins for profit and that's a testament to their research, buying power, and sense of good and bad.

I want to say that after 4 years, 2 more bikes, an Indian and a Suzuki Burgman, and three more vehicles a Chevy Silverado, Ford Escape, a Dodge Ram that was traded then on the Silverado and one that I’m working right now. Their honesty, respect and integrity are truly above reproach. I’m 63 yeas old and have never really felt so loyal to a business, restaurant, etc, than I have with “The Bear Lot”. Randy is a consummate professional and always provides the most courteous and respectful customer experience. Take a look at the photos and that’ll show how loyal of a customer I truly am and to a dealership well deserving of five stars across the board.

Best service I have received EVER. They took care of me and fixed each problem I had when it came to trading in my motorcycle. I felt so comfortable each time I went to visit them. Kevin and Randy were very sweet and professional guys. They made the whole process so easy. I will continue doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend!

Went in a couple days ago looking for a vehicle to buy. Wasn’t really sure what I was looking for but Elvis was very helpful. I had a lower budget and he found me the best deal my budget. I came into buy a 2020 VW GTI today and Randy was very nice setting up my test drive, answering all my questions and explaining all the sales processes. He also helped me out with trade-in process very nicely as it was my first time trading in and I was a bit nervous. Bear Lot did a fantastic job cleaning and shining the car and the purchasing experience was smooth and pleasing. All the staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I'd recommend Randy and the Bear Lot to anyone who's looking for a high quality used car.

A great surprise find. Was shopping for a specific motorcycle model which they had, but not the right color. They went the extra mile to find the color for me got and got me taken care of. The first maintenance check was very smooth, and when I had an issue with one of the side bags the fixed it within 24 hours.

Unlimited power train warranty with car purchase! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at The Bear Lot in Mounds View. It all started when Dave Olson contacted me in October 2023 after he saw I was selling my Chevy Cruze. Dave said I should come in and just see if they can beat the current offer I had for the car and they did just that! While Dave was checking out the car I had the opportunity to speak with Jason Church which led to just walking the lot while I was waiting. Ended up sitting in a Nissan Rogue which I wasn’t interested in due to the CVT transmission at the time but found out that it was covered inter the power train warranty that comes with the purchase of a car there. I wanted a car that was reliable and the car has been driving amazing and has more bells and whistles than I could ever have wished for. I added a warranty for all the technology as well so I can have confidence that even if the car has issues down the road then it is not going to break the bank since it’s all covered. There were endless things that led me to have no stress about choosing to go with The Bear Lot. They stayed after hours just to help me walk out of there with the car on a Saturday night. The manager Jim Frank was incredible as well and was involved throughout the process. Needless to say this place provided support the whole way and was very honest and integrity driven. There are a ton more details I could share that made my experience incredible. The process was a week or so and I had gone to other dealers looking at the same car but nothing matched the service and authenticity that these people at the Bear Lot have. It feels like a family and I have gone back a couple times since then, each time they have all been there working hard and remember me personally. They are truly there to help you get into the best car you can with the least amount of stress. 5 stars all around! Even if you aren’t looking to sell or buy a car, go say hi because they are a ton of fun! Trust is a big thing and that is something they were able to gain from me and for good reasons. Hope you get to have a similar experience with them!

I purchased a used Volvo from The Bear Lot and the entire sale with Jason went smoothly and quickly. However, within three days of taking it home the check engine light came on. Their sales and service staff were on it immediately and did some repairs "free" to me even though they weren't necessarily under warranty. The issue still wasn't resolved, so they gave me permission and an allowance to take the car to a European specialty repair shop for further diagnosis. After multiple trips and repairs the vehicle is now running great...and The Bear Lot picked up the entire bill at the repair shop also. Jason and the entire team (especially the service department) at The Bear Lot have been amazing throughout the whole process!

They were so easy to work with. Friendly and flexible. Luke was amazing and honest. He didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. I couldn’t be happier with their service. We will be bringing our other car to them soon.

I was in an accident a few weeks ago and was in need of a new car asap. After being tugged around at different dealerships for 2 weeks, I decided to try The Bear Lot not expecting to find anything like the other places. I went in and met with Zach at the front, told him exactly what I was looking for, and I was in and out of there within 2 hours with new keys in my hand.
