Patrick responded quickly to my request for a quote on the project. He was quick to set up a consultation and knew exactly what I was trying to achieve for my project. The quote was very reasonable and his enthusiasm for the job sold me right away. He was patient when the city of Saint Paul needed more documents to approve permit. The project manger and foreman Phil and Ben were great to work with. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. The end result met and exceeded my high expectations.

AWESOME WORK!!! They gutted everything out and then remodeled the downstairs from the ceiling to the walls and then finally the floors! HUGE project that went smoothly from start (including the estimate and discussing the project) to finish!

I used Patrick Miller Construction for roof replacement. Overall, I had a great experience using this company. On the sales side, Justin was on time, extremely personable, and thorough on his explanation of the work that needed to be done. Both the quote and work were turned around in less than the time that was promised. The crew worked hard to get the job done in just over a day, and the end product is high quality and looks great. I expected to find nails and old shingles in my lawn after but the roofers did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were finished.

Working with Andy Hanson of Patrick Miller Construction was the best experience I have ever had with a sales person. He was professional, friendly and extremely dedicated to my roofing project. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. Patrick Miller Construction is a family owned and run company and it shows! My project didn't feel like just another project. I was treated like family. They went above and beyond. The communication was stellar from beginning to end. They made sure that everything was perfect and accommodated a last minute change to my roofing needs. I can't say enough about the service I received. My roof looks amazing . They cleaned every nail out of my yard making sure my dogs were safe. All Covid protocols were followed to make sure I was safe and sound. The follow up was amazing. Every person (including the owner and his son) that I met during this project was a joy to work with! I Highly recommend working with this company.

From the start, Patrick Miller Construction was great to work with. We had the majority of the windows replaced in our house. Dave was excellent at coordinating everything from price quote to closure. The team onsite were great, efficient, and cleaned up well after the work. They made the process easy and listened to my needs making it an easy decision to go with them. Highly recommended!

Patrick Miller visited my home and showed he understood the scope of work that I wanted done. It was a partial reroof of my main house roof. He gave me an estimate that was in the range of other estimates that I received. My intuition told me to hire him. His crew of two workers performed superbly. They worked very hard and had the tear-off and re-shingle work done in a day. They cleaned up the grounds very thoroughly. The roof now looks great and will have many years of service.

We worked with Andy to complete a small job for our new home. He's very down to earth and a straight shooter! Patrick Miller Construction is super responsive, did excellent work and was very thorough. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to others as well!

This company is EXCELLENT!! Patrick and his team were so easy to work with. Great communication, clean crew of guys, and project was done super fast! They were always on time for meetings and walk throughs. The crew did all they could to make sure the rest of our house stayed clean and dust free during the project.

Worked with Gary to get a quote. It was super easy and painless. We then had Angel do the work to fix a rotted hole in my house and replace siding. Angel was super quick and thorough with his work and was completed in one afternoon with no loose ends. Gary was always super responsive and helpful the entire time. If you didn’t catch him he would get back to you within 24 hours. Enjoyed my experience and will use them again. I’d post pictures but I’m not how to do that on here!

We're just getting started with a project to tear down and rebuild my garage, but I have been impressed with the promptness, responsiveness, resourcefulness and transparency of Patrick and Billy. We stumbled a bit on the initial scope and price, but they pivoted quickly and had a revised bid to me within a day. Their friendly and approachable personalities are really winning me over. And I really appreciate how often Billy and the team are updating me on progress. Over-communicating is great and builds confidence!

I had a good experience with Patrick Miller construction. They were middle of the road if not a little high as far as pricing. I was impressed with their presentation and their attention to detail down the quality of the nails were used. By far they provided us with the most information, so we could make an informed decision. They responded to additional questions we raised and guided us through the process. As the project wound up, they wanted to make sure we were happy with the work preformed. They came back twice to add additional calking at our request.

Patrick Miller construction did a structural repair of my garage and garage door after someone ran their vehicle into it. They were on time, efficient and had excellent communication. I would 10/10 recommend them. I am very happy with the completed project!

They just replaced my roof and gutters and did a great job on the project! My roof needed replacement so I went ahead with it despite the lockdown, and they made it easy to get it done. I was very happy with their work and the price of the job. Justin was great to work with & very easy to reach as well!

They are doing a multi-phase project for us, replacing various building roofs due to hail damage. Work was completed as promised, staff are friendly and professional, and we are satisfied with the outcome. They will make sure project is completed to customer satisfaction. Billy also does a great job with submitting additional requests to our insurer and keeping us posted on status. He is responsive to our inquiries, friendly, and easy to work with. I would recommend them!

Terrific Company to deal with. Very professional . Our roof around the chimney was leaking badly into the house walls. We call Patrick Millier Construction and their rep Billy O. came out and inspected the roof and was very quick in realizing what had to be done. He took pictures and explained in detail what he thought should be done to fully restore the damaged roof. We got on their schedule in good time. The workmen came out and were very friendly, respectful and did a great job, and were efficient. They cleaned up all of the materials they removed and they came back in a few days to paint the part of the chimney that needed new siding. Everything was done in first class fashion. I would recommend them to anyone and they would certainly be the first company I would call in the future should I have any other issues with our roof, or any other construction jobs that they handle.
