Superb service and professionalism. Mike called in advance to let me know he was coming over in 20 minutes, asked some smart questions, and honestly seemed to have diagnosed the whole thing before he even got here. Then he got here, thoroughly checked to make sure that his diagnosis was right, while showing and explaining what he was doing, then promptly solved the issued, cleaned the system, and cleaned up the job site, and then gave advice on how to avoid these issues in the future. I think everything was cleaner AFTER he had come over, that's how great he did the work. Despite the thoroughness, the visit took less than the estimated time, and came in under the estimated cost. What?!? Amazing service on a Saturday. Can't say enough good things here.

We call John's any time we need our sewer cleaned, and they've never failed us in an emergency! We have a lot of roots in our sewer line so have them visit at least every 18 months. We've had them check it with a camera twice in the last 8 years and each time they are honest and helpful in helping us monitor the quality of the main sewer. The techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Chad came out to clean out the main line. Since we couldn't find the clean out (buried in a wall), Chad gave me honest feedback and said he shouldn't try to get to the main line unless we go through the clean out, so I eventually found it. He came back quickly, did a very thorough job - hit the roots a second time to really clear them out. Reasonable pricing. I'll be calling John's next time and will be asking for Chad. I would like to take the opportunity to tell all what a great job John’s Sewer & Drain did for us. Their crew was at our home for hours trying to determine the reason for our blockage. They did not quit until they discovered the problem. (Broken pipe at city sewer pipe) The crew was polite, professional and explained what they were doing and could not do. They answered all of our questions. They had to interacted with the city crew when the city scoped their sewer & drain pipe. They cleaned up everything before they left. They were courteous and professional. And their pricing was extremely fair. They were awesome and I would highly recommend John’s Sewer & Drain to anyone.

I recently used John's Sewer and Drain Cleaning to unclog our main sewer feed. Everything about the experience was top rate. 5 stars. John's allowed me to schedule an online appointment, which was very convenient. Jordan Sabot, my assigned tech, was very careful of the interior of my home, worked very hard, and communicated well throughout the experience. He even provided a complimentary video check of the job after completing the work. I was very pleased and appreciative of the care he took.

Had Nick U. out to clear a blockage in the main line on a Sunday night. He was over in less than an hour and had the problem fixed shortly after and most importantly before any damage occurred. He cleaned up the few little drops of water fell off the equipment, was pleasant to deal with, and extremely knowledgeable about drains and water management. Will definitely be using John's S&D Inc. in the future and I'll be requesting Nick to be the tech. 10/10.

We needed our main line cleaned out because our basement was having water backup issues when we ran the laundry. John's Drains was recommended by some plumbers we know. They were super responsive, had good customer service, and the tech Pierre was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and explained well what he was doing. Highly recommend!

Wow these guys are really awesome not only did they make it out the same day but I couldn’t believe their prices and how professional they are and like other companies that keep trying to sell you stuff I don’t need or trying to up sell and run drains that don’t need it they just did what I called them for and that was it .
I will never use anyone else if you want honest and trustworthy people that aren’t out to bankrupt you give these guys a call.

This was my first-time using John’s Sewer and Drain Cleaning for a clogged bathtub drain. Mike did an excellent job and resolved the drain problem in under an hour. The Technician, Nick, sent out to our home was very professional. He worked extremely hard and did a great job. He wanted to make sure our drains were clear today and be in the best possible shape for the future. He did a proper long term fix and not just a band aid. Nick was very experienced and knew exactly what to do.

Had a shower and floor drain backing up and my toilet also bubbling on the lower level of my home, called and they had Kyle sent out in about an hour! He was a very nice guy, listened to the issue, determined what was going on and found the best way to reach the clog. I have a crawl space that is very small access with the drain snake but he found another way in with a different access point behind the washing machine. I was most impressed with the quick response time, the professionalism and knowledge of the tech. He found the clog quite a ways down the line and cleared it no problem!

He was very courteous of my home and was as neat and efficient as possible; he even offered to help cleanup a small spot on my carpet. Kyle went above and beyond although I'm sure he provides this great service to every customer in what is otherwise a hectic and stressful situation when you can't use your water amenities.

This was my first time using this company and hopefully I won't have to again in the near future but I can rest easy knowing if any other plumbing issues arise I will be in good hands.

My main drain was plugged over 100 feet from my house. I had a drain cleaning company come out and they couldn't get it unplugged. I was quoted over $5,000 to put a clean out in my yard by the original drain company. I talked to a family friend to get a 2nd opinion and they suggested John's Sewer & Drain Cleaning. I called them, they came out and were able to clear my main drain as they had the equipment to go out over 100 feet and saved me thousands of dollars. I will definitely call John's Sewer & Drain should I have any other issues, they were professional and able to solve an issue quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Two service calls. First was video of sewer feed to street. No tree roots found. No charge. Second was clearing out clog in dishwasher drain line. Successful.

So this is one of those unusual situations. I called John’ Sewer and Drain around 11:00 AM to request kitchen drain service. They told me that they might be able to send someone same day and that they will call me in an hour.
10 minutes later Alphonso called me and said that he is 10 minutes away. He showed up in 5. Took him a minute to get his stuff from the van. Another 5 to get everything set and maybe 15 to fix drain. Probably longest thing was to fill invoice 🤣🤣🤣.
In less than an hour everything was fixed for flat fee.

Had clogged kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Called them at 8 AM, they were here at 11 AM and finished in an hour. Very professional, did not upsell me on anything or roam around and do a "plumbing audit" like a huckster plumbing service I had in here previously. VERY pleased with John's Sewer & Drain. Reasonable price.

Called to get kitchen drain cleared that Roto Reuter did about 2 years ago. Called and in less than 1 hour later they were done clearing the drain. Mike was very professional.

I had a sewer line under my basement concrete floor clog up. It ran from kitchen and joined by an old toilet, shower and sink that we did not use. The shower and toilet started to back up every time we ran kitchen sink. Jason did a great job. Even though he had to deal with that old toilet in the basement, that probably was manufactured during the dinosaur age ( probably was Fred Flintstones toilet). They were fast. He was all done within about 3 hours from the time I called.

I only regret not knowing about John's Sewer and Drain a few months ago. I had had Roto Rooter out to clear a kitchen drain farther up nearer the sink.
1. they charged me $400 for that work. According to what Jason said John's would have only charged less than half that. In fact John's only charged me less to do the work today. And the work Jason had to do was 10x nasty that the what the Roto Rooter Guy had to do.
2. I suspect, if I had Jason came out that day, he might have realized there was a problem farther down and I could have avoided problems. Jason seemed very thorough.

We called to have a video of our main drain done and Jordan came out right away that same day. Getting to our stack is difficult, but he made it work. We ended up needing a cleaning (he showed us the video the same day) and they needed to send an extra person, but they got it done right away.
We were very impressed by the speed of service and thought the price was reasonable, given the type of situation we have. Would definitely recommend them.

I had Mike come out to service a drain in our basement that was experiencing some issues with water backing up. He did a thorough inspection of all of our lines and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Highly suggest using John’s!
