From the very beginning, working with Loving Care for our nanny needs has been an absolute pleasure. Their communication and attention to detail in finding potential matches for our family was so impressive. Even after we started employment with a great nanny through the agency, they were easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Every person we interviewed or had over for temporary childcare coverage was wonderful. Most importantly, I felt completely comfortable leaving my children in their care. If we need any home services again in the future, we will be going through Loving Care!

I have worked as a Nanny with Loving Care Home Services since summer 2018 and let me tell you - I have never been treated so well by a company! Deb has always been a delight and support giving me nanny jobs that fit my work-life balance and Stacey always checks in via texts for scheduling. I have had multiple families request me and even bump my pay which makes me feel valued. It has been such a blessing to work for them. Although I am moving out of state to be closer to family, my time here and the lives I have impacted will remain with me forever! ❤❤❤

I unknowingly stumbled across Loving Care Home Services from a job posting on Indeed. It has been one of the best jobs I have ever had! It has been such a privilege and blessing working with this agency. Debbie constantly checks in with me and tells me how valuable I am as a nanny. She even went out of her way to mail me a Starbucks gift card and hand written Thank You note. Debbie is a great leader. They have found me such great families to work with for temp jobs and found me with a great permanent family as well. I have loved being able to work with Debbie-she treats me like a daughter! Loving Care Home Services is GREAT!! I am a nanny and I have been working with Deb and her team for over 6 years now. I have worked with many great families both long and short term. I have also had first aid and CPR training from them. Deb is kind, caring, personable and professional! She has become a friend to me! She has a positive attitude, really cares and has real conversations with you. She listens and does her absolute best to help everyone in any way she can. I have been a nanny for 7 years and this agency helped me bring my profession to the next level. Not only did they find me families that treated me very well but they helped me with the entire hiring process, from interviewing the family to making a contract. While I was looking for full-time work I was able to work temp shifts. This also was a great experience and allowed me to have flexibility in my income and power over my schedule. Bonus! Deb and the other staff at Loving Care are so amazing to work with! They are super accommodating of my schedule and professional. They are always so appreciative of the work done with families and let you know it (I recently got a thank you card in the mail from them - so nice!). As a parent of 3 young kids and not having family nearby, Deb and her team have gone above and beyond to support our needs. We have used the agency mostly as a backup to our regular care and have booked 80+ jobs with them. Her nannies are competent, arrive on time, call the day before to confirm, and most importantly, I know my kids are well-cared for. Highly recommend!!
