The customer service was exceptional and very helpful. They quickly got the tires I needed and were equally swift to mount them on the rims. I was in a difficult situation with a blown trailer tire, but GP's Minnesota Wholesale staff made the whole process easy and stress-free by taking care of everything I needed. I had a great experience with GP's Minnesota Wholesale repair shop. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car, and yes literally fixed it. I'll definitely be coming back, and Mark Morrrison gave us great customer service and a smile. He even asked us how our summer vacation was making the experience more than just a transaction.You really don't get that kind of service now a days. Easy 5 stars from me.

GP’s (formerly Fred’s) offers premium tires at great prices. I’m very particular when it comes to my ride, and they have done a fantastic job from start to finish.

All the employees are great, but I want to give a shout out to Mark. Extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. My family has been coming to this location for many years, and I do not feel the need to go elsewhere.

We have used this shop multiple times for tire service. Almost always we are buying tires online and then this shop mounts them. Super friendly staff. Very polite. Not at all pushy that we aren't buying tires from them. Treat my wife nice also as lots of places seem to not treat women well. Will always recommend them.

Fair pricing, friendly fast service, slow-leak (nail in tire) was solved in less than an hour. Free Wi-fi was an unexpected bonus, so I could get some work done while my tire was quickly repaired.

One of two places I've gone to for my auto repairs. At the first place (Knutsens), they lied to me and told me that the issue for my car was something else entirely using misleading language, then gave me a priority list for car repairs that conveniently went in order from most to least expensive to fix. I have since stopped going there and instead came here to GP Auto. They told me to wait on getting a part until they confirmed that the code my car was throwing was correct, then when the code was confirmed they told me exactly how the part was broken and fixed it the same day I brought the part in. The few times I've come back since have been similar, with them telling me outright not to pay for certain services because it would probably do nothing. They could have chosen to act like the other shop and rip me off for more money, but they instead stood by their promise of "Customer First" and would only do what was best for my vehicle.

TL;DR: This place cares far more about the customer than their profits, and I won't be going anywhere else for a long, long time.

Mark was very pleasant and helped us fix a puncture in our tire. The job was completed in 25 minutes and was under $30. Definitely would recommend.

Recommend this place 100%!! Purchased an older vehicle after dealing with the aftermath of hitting a deer. A month after I bought my car I had some serious issues and this place took care of me like I was a VIP! When they returned my car, it ran and sounded better than I have ever heard. I was and am so impressed with how great they were and how quickly they were done. I have found my forever spot to take my car for any future needs.

Worked with Gordon! Great guy, friendly staff, I bought 4 Defender Tires, had my Check Engine light checked out, and they did a alignment on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had the work done in less then 2 hours. Also noted they provided me with a courtesy rental!!! I would recommend this Tire & Auto shop to anyone! Price was spot on! Thank you

Great service! The representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended additional service on my car and what it might cost and were not pushy at all! Very refreshing. No additional charge for the recommendation and look over, just great service. The cost of the oil change was much cheaper then where I previously have gone. I will be back again for sure.

After moving to the area from out of state, it is always challenging to find a good mechanic. I must say that I'm extremely happy with the service and honesty I have received here with Fred's. Their work is very reasonable and you are appreciated as a customer. I have had several experiences here with both of my vehicles and could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto service.

Called in last minute to have two tires mounted on two new rims I purchased. I explained to Gordon that the rims where powdercoated black and I was worried about getting them scratched up. He assured me they do this all the time . These guys did a amazing job and did it very quickly, pricing was fair and the service was excellent. Thank you Gordon we look forward to using you guys again.

After quoting several places for new tires, Fred's Minnesota Whole Sale was not only the most affordable, but they were able to provide the quickest turnaround. They were honest about what needed and did not need to be replaced, where other shops were not. I really appreciate the customer service and plan to go back for all of my car needs.

Fred’s really came through for me, I had a leaky tire on my way into work. Stopped in hoping to get it fixed w/o an appointment. Mentioned I was in a rush and needed the repair done quickly in order to get to work on time! Repaired & rotated my tires FREE OF CHARGE(as I purchased the set of tires from them). Also, got me out of the shop in under 45mins and to work early! Huge thank you!!

Helpful, efficient, and friendly. I called early morning to see if they could patch up a flat tire. I called ahead for an estimate of time and they said one hour. They patched up my tire, put it back on , and I was on the road in less than 25 minutes.

They have Wi-Fi and plenty of seating so it wouldn't have been a big deal to wait even if it was the full hour.

I will absolutely be back (though, hopefully not soon) and would recommend them to friends.

I want to Thank You for the wonderful thing you guys did for us today. I brought in a tire for an adult tricycle today. ( Friday before Memorial day ) @ 4:30 pm. This tricycle was for my niece who is half blind and half deaf. All though they did not have the intertube in stock they happily instructed me where to obtain one. Then explained to be back before 6 pm & they could fix it. I returned and they not only installed the new tube but the refused payment. I don't know the man's name but he was Fred's Grandson. He told me that he had children and they just enjoy helping people. Please every one DO BUSINESS with this company. FRED JR TIRES. & please spread on social media.Sir I don't know your name but you made a little handicap girl very happy this weekend.
