I had an awesome experience today, I removed my original review because I felt it was unfair to judge an entire location based off one bad experience on the evening shift. After communicating with the gm and seeing his goals and communicating with him with my reasoning behind my concerns. I understood his vision and seen a totally different crew and had an amazing experience for lunch today with my family.. food was fresh and made how I originally fell in love with Chipotle food.. great job for Roger's Chipotle

This location has significantly improved since last year. This visit the restaurant was much cleaner, staff was more friendly, organized & the food was better.

Always puts in effort to make what we order. Took 3 guys to wrap this burrito and they did a great job 🤝🤝

I had a tough day. I went to Chipotle because I had nothing left in me for the day and I didn’t want to cook. Maria welcomed me with a smile at almost 9pm. She was out of some meats and other ingredients because it was late, but somehow it was still some of the best service I have ever gotten.

My wife likes Chipotle, I never really go to Chipotle, but tonight I have been thoroughly converted.

It might sound stupid, but after a long and difficult day at work, it was nice to feel important and valued genuinely. Not to mention get a great meal at a moderate price.

Thank you Chipotle; thank you Maria. (If she is always like that… she deserves more responsibility, and a decent raise to go with it)

Always friendly and quick service. Food is as fresh as it gets for Chipotle and orders are almost always accurate.

I'm rating it 4 stars because evert time I pre order @ this location my burrito is missing @ least one thing I ordered. Usually guacamole. Ordering ahead here, I would NOT recommend 😒

We had an online order for 18 people. Chipotle got everything correct, labeled with each persons name, and made and delivered within an hour. We are very satisfied and will definitely be ordering again!

My daughter got a burrito and had them put the spicy red sauce on it, we warned her it would be to spicy, but she insisted. It was too hot for her. They made her a new burrito (without the spicy red sauce) and didn't charge us. Very good crew here, would take my family to eat here again. Thank you!

I'm blown away. Line was minimal, best burrito I've had in ages. Service was exceptional. A young lady with dreads that had red in them helped me and was so efficient and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the experience. Thank you!!

Line was fast, but the bald white man was trying to skimp me out of my size.. when I say a little more. I'm also expecting to pay for a little more. He didn't even try to fill up the spoon. He tried to empty out the sides...its the weirdest thing... to act like the cost of food is coming out of the employees pocket. Any way one of the other line assistant was sweet. And made up for it. Wish I got her name.

And the food was bomb haven't had Chipotle in a while. I had the left overs this morning and it still hit the same.

But that one plate 16$... inflation is craY

Firstly let me say, everyone here is very nice & friendly ...

However, when you have a line out the door, why on earth do you have ONE person on the whole line? This man is very nice, but he moves at the pace of molasses. The girl standing at the cash register just stares at him like she can't believe he's moving so slow, but doesn't help. There are 6 employees that I can see, at 1pm on a Wednesday, and only one is making food for customers in store.

Management needs to do better. Another staff should be stepping in to help the line as customers are literally lining out the door. I'm writing this while going on 15 minutes in this line, still with 5 people ahead of me.

Awesome food! Great location. The food tasted great per the norm. On a diet? Get a bowl, skip the guac, the food still rocks.

Had a great take out experience ordering via the chipotle app for pickup. Both of the salad bowls were huge. Everything was ready when I came in. Salad bowl is $9 after tax.

Very busy place, but even so these guys were able to crank out orders and burn through the very long line of customers. The wait was surprisingly short. Portions were great, they didn't skimp on them like some other places to since COVID. Clean interior. Only downside I noticed was the online ordering was really delayed. I didn't order online, but the people that did were waiting forever. I came in after them and left before them. But my experience was great!

The staff impressed me when I was here. I end up going here or the Elk River location most times, and lately they're polar opposites. Time before last I was at the E.R. location and it was painful watching how slow and inefficient they were. Then I went here. Nearly every employee was working extremely fast, while giving great customer service. Most notably two employees working up front were KILLING IT! The one with the pink hair kept moving stations and filling in while ringing everyone up. If not the manager they should be. Then there was the tiny brunette with glasses that was busting out online orders at supersonic speed. Hyperbole is the greatest! It still took a minute, and rightly so. The line was out the door, and I can't even imagine how many online orders they had. Still, in these pandemic times, this location is working at their most possible optimal efficiency.

I don't know if this is a thing, but the food tastes "clean". Fresh, for sure. OK on portion size, seems to have suffered from Shrinkflation over the past few years. But...hey, good food, decent price. What more could you ask for?

We visited today, a busy Saturday, at lunch time. I have celiac disease (like a gluten allergy) and although Chipotle is very transparent about food allergies and they have very few gluten containing items, I always get a little nervous about whether staff are trained on allergies. Luckily Trista really took care of me! As soon as I said I have celiac disease and asked her to change gloves, she pulled them off and washed her hands really well. She also grabbed new containers and serving utensils for several items she thought might have come into contact with gluten. She said she doesn’t mess around when it comes to food allergies and I really appreciate that. She made me feel very taken care of!!

I have been there multiple times the service is always wonderful. I mostly do online ordering then pick it up, which I love! They have always been timely with getting our orders, of they aren't ready they make them right away, which helps with that VIP feeling status! ;) They messed up once and made a burrito instead of a bowl, they fixed it right away, like 30 seconds! I have no complaints about this place.

They always get our order right. They are always on time. The quantity and quality of our food has never been wrong. I love this location so much. I prefer it over elk river anytime- elk river barley gives you anything in your bowl and Rogers always gives you a full size portion I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you Rogers chipolte for making my food correct every time.

Changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. They have significantly improved over the last year.
