Classic Italian restaurant. We came here for a rehearsal dinner. Everything was family style and was excellent. So many classic dishes. Everything was set up as soon as we walked in. Staff took a moment to describe the dishes to us before we ate. They were very attentive and quick. Food was excellent everything was delicious.

Hosted a surprise retirement party for 24. Planning was easy, servers were always there to provide whatever else was needed. We did the set menu and plenty of food and everyone enjoyed LL the dishes especially the salmon puttanesca. They also accommodated our special request on the appetizer. We did a Saturday luncheon so we had the front of the spacious main room so easily plenty of room for people to mix. Have eaten dinner here several times and the quality was the same for a set dinner for 24. Highly recommend for 2 or 24!

First timers... The restaurant is warm and cozy with a TV showing a Fireplace burning... lovely. Our server Paulie was incredible, he was friendly, funny and attentive throughout the evening. Every employee who we came in contact with was attentive and hard working and did an excellent job making our experience very special. The food was incredible. I had the rigatoni bolognese, one of the best I've ever had. My friend had the Branzini, he said it was incredible. We were completely happy with our experience there, would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We received a gift card and traveled a half hour to get there. Well worth the trip. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the food is (hands down, the BEST veal marsala) and how great the service was (food delivered hot and fast by friendly servers). We will definitely visit this establishment again.

My wife and I are from Montclair and took the drive to La Famiglia in Caldwell based on a recommendation - and we’re very glad we did! Amazing food, service and atmosphere. I wish I knew of this place sooner. The staff were extremely hospitable and made us feel right at home. Everything we ate we absolutely loved. This place is definitely going to be on our list of regular spots now.

Great food, lovely ambience! Dinner here is always a good time. They have a nice selection for appetizers and entrees. The staff is really helpful and service is top notch! If you’re a local and haven’t been here, you should definitely try them out.

Great family atmosphere with wonderful staff and delicious food. We don't waste our time going anywhere else! Owners are very friendly and greet patrons during dinner.

I got to say I have tried great Italian food from a lot of restaurants. This location was one of my top 2. The food was delicious, service was amazing, and atmosphere was awesome. Definitely will be going back soon.

Never disappoints! I have been going to LaFamiglia for a many years, it's close to home & always our go to spot.. They have never failed us, always consistent with every meal ordered , dining in or delivery...The Food is outstanding & the Service is top notch they make you feel like family...every employee there works so hard & strive to make you feel welcomed...La Familia you guys are the Best of the best in & out of town

Service was very attentive. Food was plentiful and delicious. Only complaint was the cappuccino was not very good. More of milk with little bit of espresso.

Big flavors coming out of this place. First time patrons and will be back again. The shrimps were cooked perfectly. Kids meal of chicken strips and fresh cut chips delicious too.

There's many dishes are so delicious!..A must go and let Hugo, the owner, welcome you as he's always making his guests feel at home. The staff is super friendly with parties as well.

Having lived in the area over ten years, I can't believe it took me so long to eat here! I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. It was better than I expected and I had only heard good things about this restaurant.
Everything I tasted was really good. I would go back anytime and highly recommend La Famiglia if you're looking for good, affordable Italian.
If you go on the weekend you should definitely call ahead to make reservations because they get very busy.
The restaurant has a laid back atmosphere with very nice waiters and waitresses. The food came out perfect and I was pleased with everything.

Excelente and exquisite food. Nice atmosphere , the owner Hugo goes to every table asking about the food,the service if everything is ok. It's really friendly and all the waitresses are attentive.

Tried La Famiglia for the first time and enjoyed the Margherita pizza. The crust was perfctly thin and crispy. I was pleased with how fast the delivery was. I will definitely eat here again.
