I have been a customer of Farmers for 10 years. I have had an auto claim and home owner claim over that time frame and have been very disappointed with my policies over all coverage based on cost being higher than most other insurance carriers. At the end of the day Farmers just doesn't do the right thing when you need them to.

This guy is a complete scam artist. After overcharging for auto insurance, he calls my wife to ask her to ask me to take down my negative review.
