We first met Tracy and Carl Baglio when we purchased our house 25 years ago. Twenty-five years later, we were confident in choosing them to sell our home because they are very professional in their career. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Tracy and Carl Baglio. We needed help selling our home of 14 years in Saint Paul, and then buying a new one in Stillwater. Tracy and Carl were there for us from beginning to end. Neither process was easy and without problems. From staging, to moving power lines and dealing with chimney issues to sell. And then to finding a home in a low inventory market, trying to close a deal from Washington D.C., and patiently looking and looking for a home that would work for our budget, style wants, and location. They listened, were patient, knowledgeable, and persistent. I felt I could call, text, and email no matter the issue/question, and I felt like no one cared more or would work harder for us. Although we primarily worked with Tracy, the team was there and saw us through to the end. We can’t think of anyone else we would ever go to for house buying and selling.

Tracy was a wonderful help when we were looking for a house in Stillwater. She truly listened to me about our needs for a house and kept our needs in mind. They described how they would use multiple markets, not just MLS, to expose our home to the greatest number of potential buyers. They suggested specific improvements we could make to our home to make it more attractive to potential buyers including some lighting upgrades and painting colors. A photographer took pictures that dramatically enhanced the “curb appeal” of our home. The listing description highlighted key selling points. Our home sold two days after an open house for more than $10,000 over our listing price.

Tracy managed us through a very stressful search for a new home, in a short period of time and a crazy sellers market. She never lost patience and made sure we were well represented through every step of the process.
