Ninja Sushi

Very cute place, building is in back. Plenty of parking. Was not busy. Service was excellent. Sushi great. We got lunch special sashimi bento box and 3 lunch rolls. Both came with miso and complimentary rice balls.

Been meaning to come by and check out a sushi place when I’m around this area. Glad I stopped by!

I needed a platter for a party of 3 at home and they had it done and ready for pick up as soon as i got there.

Sushi tasted amazing and fresh! Serving size was big as well

The wait staff beats a drum on the number of guests, large menu, lots to choose, sushi platters,big bowls of ramen,hot green tea, large refreshments. The dessert comes on a wooden paddle. Be sure to try the sea urchin.

i wish I could give this restaurant 10 STARS! i treated myself to sushi for dinner and GrubHub lost the order twice (the initial order and the REPLACEMENT order too). Ninja Sushi called to discuss my experience and when I mentioned it was my birthday they INSISTED on personally delivering the order themselves at no charge. i am floored by their customer service and kindness. the food was great as well. definitely a new FAVORITE of mine!

true local gem! food is always fresh and delicious with a nice variety of options. very cool rolls with sauce options. staff is always kind and friendly and the place is often clean and quiet- great dining experience!

This tiny place is very cozy, staff is very friendly, good is delicious and completely sufficient. We loved the decoration and the way the bring the combo on a boat 🚤 like platter

This is the second order I place through Uber Eats, who’s driver took my initial order and never delivered it. So in communication with the restaurant I was able to get a refund from Uber Eats, and placed another order.
As a sweet detail the staff put an extra eel sauce and 1 coke can for the long time I waited (because of Uber Driver)

The food is amazing for such a small place. This place definitely deserves a 5*

Best sushi around town. I always do delivery and it does take a little long for the delivery but it is always worth the wait. The fire roll is my favorite, but be mindful that the rolls are jumbo sized. I be having leftovers for like 3 days. The hurricane roll is also pretty good.

My son and I love, love and love this place!!! We were so stuffed and satisfied that we decided to take my parents on our next visit!! Very reasonably priced and the food is delicious 😋… They always serve us at a reasonable timeframe, well people also should be considerate when it comes to the waiting time depending on the seat availability. This will definitely be our new Sushi place!! Staff is extremely patient and nice! Food is delicious and I mean all of their food!! We especially love the “ OH MY GOD” … I will not go into detail , just know it’s some savory sushi 🍱!!! And a cute surprise as it comes out!!! Enjoy🥰😍…

Consistently fresh and delicious sushi! We always order for pick up and they are ready before the estimated time. Favorite rolls are the Dynamite, Mango Tango, and the Samba 😋 because spicy tuna is life! Their chicken teriyaki is just okay. Miso soup was piping hot and yummy according to my partner. We’ll order again for sure!

Update review 8/22/23. We love this place and always a go to if we have guest visiting us. The service here is always great but it really made our experience today fun and unforgettable. Our server Gian was very very nice with a positive attitude which we really enjoy. We will be definitely coming back. Thank you!

Everything we ordered was soooooo delish! Clean and quiet space. Staff just know what to do. The lady who is in charge was so nice with a cute smile. I recommend this place if you want ramen, sushi, sashimi. They have more menu. I will definitley come back here. Try the Ninja Special Box! The best!

The sushi was fresh the best I ever had and the rolls the biggest I've ever seen. The place is small and so deceiving since I'm from NY I found it weird to enter through the parking lot. So glad we didn't change our minds.

They truly live up to the hype i have heard of them. They pride themselves on being one of the top 30 best sushi spots in NJ. And they did not disappoint. The prices aee outstanding and the atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing. You get this great calming peace when you walk in. The staff is very friendly one of the best I've ever seen. Also the card minimum is $10, just a heads up incase you go for lunch. I would rate top 10 in NJ.

I've been regularly eating Ninja Sushi for about 2 years now cus it's one of our faves to order for lunch at work, and I finally got to dine in and the food was just on another level!! Super good and great service.

I've been ordering the fire roll all this time and always wondering why it was called that and then it was served like this on-site... 10/10

Loved my experience at Ninja Sushi, quick service, delicious food. Sushi was delectable (no pictures).
Got some complimentary rice porridge which was quite tasty.

Ordered over the phone, pick up was fast. I saw a sign when I picked up my food that said card minimum 20 dollars, but my order was under 20 and they took my Apple Pay. The sushi was great!

Such a cute sushi place. It look kind of hidden on the street. Sushi was very good here.
They have parking in rear and entrance is from the back door

Place was so yummy. They have a pretty extensive menu. All great pricing. The Ramen was huge and delicious. Also nice for a place to offer more than just pork or veggie options for gyoza and Ramen. The beef gyoza and beef Ramen were delicious. Mango bubble tea also great. It was nice and quiet and the food was so fresh.

Came here craving Udon. Looked up a few restaurants in the area around Montclair found this spot and I knew.

This place crushed my expectations. Pretty sure it was a Wednesday or Thursday and after we got there people started to fill the place up. That's how you know it's good.

It wasn't a big restaurant but it made up with excellent service and character. Can't wait to go back and try some other meals.
