I can not express how appreciative I am of the cosmo board. They have been so helpful in so many ways (years ago I might have said different). Mrs Morales is by far the nicest person I have ever dealt with there. She was patient with me, as well as being understanding. Thank you to the board for being so helpful.

I’m in the process of transferring my license and everyone at this office has been so helpful. If you email or leave a message they get back to you very quickly.

We have been in front of plenty of state boards and this board in NJ above all others was by far the most pleasant to work with. Very friendly, welcoming and above all else they listened and cared. We observed them talking diligently through each case one by one and taking the time to make sure they were coming to a reasonable consensus. We look forward to working with this board for years to come!

Both the lady and gentleman there were very kind and extremely helpful when I called.
Keeping in mind the backed up work load they are dealing with, I think they are doing the best they can....

Everyone I spoke to was helpful and informative! René Ortiz walked me through step by step with everything I needed and was polite and professional.

Maybe I got lucky, since I came on a Tuesday at 11:30 Am, when there was nobody else here.. While the lady was on break, I waited 15 minutes for her to finish her lunch, and afterwards she helped me, to renew the license for my mother. It was fast and easy the renewal in my opinion.

That was my experience though.

For as many bad reviews you’d think they change. I’ve been calling for the past 2 weeks because they sent my permit to an old address after giving them my new address. I need to have this done by October or else my 5 years are up and I’d have to go back to school all over again, pay the current loan I have PLUS another loan! I just want my permit already and all you guys do is transfer me to people who cannot and won’t help me. This is frustrating and you guys are playing with us

This has Got to be the Worst buisness in the US.
You would think that they would work on it after countless bad reviews!! The receptionist needs to find another job if all she is going to do answer and quickly says hold- I called about 10 times smh. Literally you want anything done you must drive there.! I wish it was a zero button!!

Trash customer service. What’s the point of state board when you can’t contact any one?

It’s really frustrating that they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! And when the receptionist answers the phone, she puts you on hold. I waited over 25 minutes and finally decided to hang up. This is ridiculous. It’s hard to get answers from the board.
