My experience with popalock today was very great. The young man, Nicholas, came out and gave me a jump. It was only his 2nd day on the job and his professionalism was good. I asked him a question and instead of him just blowing me off he asked his supervisor the answer and got back to him. This is my first time using them via my roadside assistance and I would recommend them to my friends and family!!! Great job Pop-a-lock!!!

Damian called first and knew exactly what to ask, gathering every detail to provide the best service possible. His vast knowledge of electronic keys was astounding. Even when one important item mounted in his van malfunctioned, he had a plan B and did a fantastic job. He worked diligently and was an obvious master of his craft. And what a kind and courteous gentleman! He wouldn’t even allow me to pay the $2 fee to get his van out of the parking garage.
It was a real pleasure to receive this caliber of service, all too rare these days. Give the guy a raise!

The Pop-a-Lock driver, Tariq, was prompt, arriving at my house far sooner than expected. He was also extremely well prepared keeping a proper, well maintained jack and a drill to make removing the lug nuts easier. He removed the flat tire and replaced it with my spare in no time, with a speed I assume can only be rivaled by Nascar mechanics. He was friendly and even helped me in knowing what to look for in other companies similar to Pop-A-Lock and why Pop-A-Lock is the best choice out there compared to those other companies. He told me he makes sure to do whatever is needed to help a customer, and in my meeting him, I wholeheartedly believe him. There should be more employees like Tariq, and I hope, if I'm ever in this situation again, the help I receive is of the same caliber. I cannot thank Tariq enough for the excellent job he did.

We got locked out from our truck along with phone inside so frustrated, then I called my son to get this service, Nemo came in 30 minutes just as promised. It wasn't easy with new model truck i think but Nemo tried his best then we heard the beautiful sound the door pops up. Thanks very professional and FAST is the key!!
