Probably the best service I’ve had involved using a locksmith. The owner is very knowledgeable, works with you on timing , very patient and precise on his work. I got 2 new keys, one with a remote in less than an hour. My experience with Undeniable Access was great, hopefully I won’t need a locksmith anytime soon but if I do I’ll be using Undeniable Access.

Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE !!!!! Where do i even start. This man is not only patient, he’s kind, and serious about his job. He spent hours working diligently to open my bedroom door. He tried everything and eventually it worked. Absolutely top of the line customer service. I do wish to be locked out again, but if i am i know who to call. Do not hesitate to call him.

I called Bashir and he answered right away. Told me he’d be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. Had the new key programmed and cut 20 minutes after he arrived. Everything from start to finish in less than an hour and at half the cost of the dealer and I didn’t have to wait for an appointment or drive anywhere. That’s great service!

Excellent customer service. Timely. Pricing is reasonable and transparent. No gimmicks. Call was answered in first attempt, greeted with courtesy, I explained my problem and solutions discussed. I was told the cost upfront. Upon confirming I am acquiring services my address was provided and an estimated time of arrival was given.

Arrived at the time they said they would. Upon arrival, greeted, car was confirmed, immediately went to work. Job done in less than 20mins. Very knowledgeable.

At the last minute I needed a new key cut and programmed. Was able to provide those services as well. Great price. Scheduled a time to get it done same day and was completed flawlessly.
