Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield

Great stay at this wonderful facility. Their foyer is so spacious and really a great place for a group to connect. Rooms were huge and spotless. Reported a minor shower issue and staff attended to it.

Great place to stay! The front desk was so helpful, especially Joy. Joy is very observant, pleasant and upbeat! He made sure that every time I stay that everything is high quality and kept above standard. I definitely would recommend staying here!

Stayed in a variety of hotels in the area and this is one of the best. I am part of the Hilton Honors program which is free to join and got a decent discount when booking. Front desk worker was lovely and made things very easy and fun. Rooms are on par for the hotel, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Hot breakfast was good and better than most. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel photos showed a hot tub but there is not one and it looks like it was covered up.

We were celebrating my birthday on December 22nd with my best friends and we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite because they needed our room. It was AMAZING! The 2 free drinks during happy hour were great and so was the breakfast.
The pool needs work on the floor of the pool and the water had salt in it.

I didn’t stay this is about customer service. My sister who along with our father are the caregivers for our handicapped mother. Our father was admitted to the hospital with a serious health issue and my sister had to cancel her trip for this weekend. Embassy agreed to cancel her non refundable reservation. Definitely restored our faith in humanity! Thank you!

I was only at Embassy Suites for continuing education, however it is a very nice facility clean, modern, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Also the meeting rooms were well ventilated and never got stuffy that I noticed.

This was the best stay we've had! The hotel itself is gorgeous, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the breakfast has a made to order omelet bar and many other options. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Where do I begin! Let's start with I highly recommend this Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield. From the beautiful looks of the hotel to the pleasantness of the staff, to the amazing food, the free drink at happy hour, to gorgeous king suit, and just general simple care and accommodations the staff has. We went out to Milwaukee to stay for September 30th to October 2nd for the baseball game. From entering the building to check in we were greeted promptly and checked in without a problem. The lady explained the perfect location to park our car for easier access in and out. Explained that we received a complimentary drink during happy hour. And by the bar they had pool tables and darts. I have to give the biggest shoutout and thank you to Amy at the front desk! The night we went to the baseball game I lost my phone that had my wallet attached to it at the stadium. When we went into the hotel to request another key to get into our room, I explained to her that I lost my phone at the stadium and just needed another key to get into the room. She quickly responded, "Oh we are going to find your phone tonight." She looked up the Brewer's website and found that they had a lost and found page, she asked me if I had a pocket wallet attached to my phone and I said yes, and she showed me that it was returned to lost and found. She instantly put a claim in for my phone and the next day I was able to go back to the stadium and retrieve it. My entire life was in my phone and my wallet attached and she saved it all for me. Now if this isn't going above and beyond, I have no clue what is because she did just that. I give all my thanks to Amy for saving me that weekend!
On top of that, originally, we were going to stay just on night, the night of September 30th and leave October 1st, but the night of the 30th we decided to stay one extra night just because the drive back to Chicago was a bit of a trip after being at Brewer's game. We called the front desk, and I can't remember who I was speaking to at that time, but we requested another night. They explained that the room had already been reserved for another person. But they worked it out so not only that we could stay another night, but we could remain in that room. The hotel staff is very exceptional! I would definitely stay at this location here again even for the price.

We visited the area for a wedding. We always try to stay at Embassy Suites and this location did not disappoint. Staff was great. Breakfast was okay. The evening snacks & soda pop (or wine) were a good treat. Parking and nearby restaurants & shopping were also nice. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The winner at this property is definitely the staff! They were awesome in their responsiveness, accessibility, knowledge of the area, eagerness to please, and professionalism. This will be the hotel of choice for our family and corporate needs.

Very clean, great atmosphere, they offer a lot of little things, their breakfast is great.

If you are looking for a hotel in Brookfield, you have to stay at the embassy suites. The manager Jerry was absolutely outstanding. The service was impeccable.

I want you all to know that Bryan hooked me up. Had an event where there was no vegetarian food, he somehow found a plate of amazing tofu- that was steaming hot. Pls promote him.

Nice clean place to stay. The staff were very attentive to all our needs. Everyone at the front desk were good. We especially remember Connie who served us with a great smile.

The hotel is great, hosting our meeting for a few days..
I am obliged to compliment the staff of Bertrands, the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. They talked our group of almost thirty into staying here for dinner. The menu looks too good to be true from fried walleye to house smoked ribs too a Cuban with grilled pineapple..
Everything was excellent and the few staff of the bar was literally running tending to us and a full bar.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. Our room was obviously given the white glove service before we arrived by how clean it was. The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast buffet was top notch and included a made-to-order omelette station! We relaxed by the indoor pool in the evening and everyone we encountered was so friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We recently got married and used Embassy Suites for our wedding guests. It was a wonderful place to stay, gather with friends and family and get ready for the wedding. We worked with Jessica Przyblo who went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and ensure that our stay was outstanding. Our guests were very pleased with their rooms and the service. We booked a presidential suite which we used for the bridal suite and it was perfect. We would highly recommend Embassy for your next stay or event.

The embassy suite was very nice inside! The pool was heated, there was no hot tub though. The bar gave a free drink and there was snacks available at night like 5-6:30pm! The bartender was super nice. The room was nice, roomy, and clean, however the toilet wasn't working super well, and flushed pretty slow. (also does anyone else think the mirror near the lobby is sort of a questionable design?)

My check in was impeccable not only did she accept my call from the exhausting drive she assured me my room would be assigned right now and she was ready for me when I walked in. I mean the service was just too notch she had a great attitude everyday I was there. I didn't catch her name she was a black female a mature and clearly a diva. Later on when my son's games ran late I advised early I may need to extend check out time. Again easy and the manger says in front of me extend who you need we're ready for the day and gives me a wink .. I mean I felt so much like they valued me. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind they seem happy. My only concern was my room blanket had a stain and so did the shower curtain while I understand things aren't always perfect people like me prefer things to not look as used as they are. lol the positives outweighed that small issue. Great stay I'd come again in back in Milwaukee
