Neighbors Wine Shop

Had the opportunity to stop into this adorable wine shop on my way to a dinner with friends. They didn't carry my traditional popular go-to's and for that I am so thankful!

I explained what our tastes were and budget and the gentleman helped me choose 3 delicious bottles - all different and all hitting the mark perfectly! I am so glad to have discovered this store. Will definitely be back in upon our next dinner with friends!

Neighbors is just the sort of wine shop our towns need! Wine, beer, and spirits from local, regional, and global producers. Neighbors has a really cool selection, not the same stuff you see in other shops. The staff is really helpful as well - I popped in on a Saturday evening and asked for something interesting, and they delivered. I had a great Croatian wine I probably never would have tried on my own. Highly recommend, will definitely return.

I truly enjoyed shopping at Neighbors Wine Shop. Everyone working at the time was friendly and excited to talk shop and make recommendations. They also had a list of beers/wines they recommend if you prefer to browse alone.

It really did feel like a neighborhood experience rather than my usual pop-in-grab-cab-pay-exit wine shop excursion. I can't wait to try their delivery option next!

Neighbors Wine Shop is incredible. We've ordered delivery, picked up at the window and participated in a virtual event. Placing the delivery order was easy and the items were delivered quickly. I liked the option to chat with someone to get recommendations. Picking up at the window is also great. Their knowledgeable staff will help you pick a great beer or wine. Don't let the name fool you, they are more than wine. As a "beer person" I can assure you they have a curated selection of great beers and even some rare treasures. I also did a vitual wine and cheese tasting with them. It was so cool to learn about the wines and share our experience with others even if we were on zoom. On top of being a wonderful liquor store, they also take their name "Neighbors" seriously. They contribute to local charities and parter with other local business. Now, stop reading this review and go get some libations from Neighbors!

I love their curated monthly wine boxes - each wine is different and delicious. Also enjoy their variety of artisanal canned mixed drinks and the fact that they purposefully carry women & POC-owned brands. This is the wine store that South Orange needed!

Highly recommend! Fantastic customer service and free delivery in the area. Placed an order online and asked for a few recommendations through their chat feature on the website. A huge snow storm delayed the delivery but they were very communicative and I received my order almost immediately after they opened the next day. I had been considering a subscription service but definitely becoming a Neighbors regular instead!

Neighbors is an amazing addition to South Orange. They have interesting and delicious wines and beers from all over and reasonably priced. Their website is super easy to navigate and discover new products AND they deliver locally. Check them out!

Such a nice wine shop! When I got there, customers couldn’t enter the wine shop (Covid safety precaution), so I told her what I like and my price range. She brought out a great selection and was so kind. I will definitely be back!

Great wine store in SOMA! I have never had a bottle of wine that I don't like from Neighbors. I order a couple times a month and enjoy reading the wine descriptions and choosing what to have delivered. Thrilled by everything they have!

Terrific selection of delicious and often hard to find beers and wine + super nice owners makes it a pleasure to shop here. And delivery is great too. A standout experience compared to the generic warehouse stores in the area.

Friendly service. It's a small shop with a unique wine selection that isn't easily found in NJ. They also have craft beers and spirits.
