we had such a delicious meal. Our waiter was wonderful! very attentive!
He suggested a great Portuguese wine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our meals were so delicious. We definitely will return.

I never have a bad experience here. The food is fantastic, I am a seafood gal. The staff is fun, friendly and accommodating, within reason. I have a funny tummy but their extensive menu is always a feast for my eyes. My favorite dish is the whole snapper, simply delicious!

I found this restaurant by chance while I was in Newark for an overnight Mother Daughter trip for my 50th birthday. We made a mistake when trying to set up our reservation and when we arrived the hostess clarified things and seated us at a table, never missed a beat. We appreciated their efforts especially since it was a busy Saturday night. Our server was super polite and explained their menu and portions. The paella 🥘 was HUGE it could feed 2 maybe 3 depending on how hungry you were. During the meal our server came to check on us and cleaned up some spilled rice with a little crumb sweeper, this was something I only experienced 1 other time in my life. We were in and out in under an hour and able to make our concert on time.

Long time neighborhood icon. Great staff, service, and food. Happy hour at the bar is great. Food is fresh and delicious. The best garlic shrimp ever, and the paella is great.

So, I was craving paella for my 49th birthday and decided to go visit the old spot from many years ago with my teenage son. I wasn't disappointed! I've tried paella many times, but my son has not---and he loved it! Not only that... having paella with a glass of sangria on the side: magnificent!!! Antero y Toni, los dos camareros (waiters) eran excelentes! We will be coming back. Thank you 😊

I had lunch here recently with a few colleagues. The restaurant's parking is slightly limited, but for lunch during the work week it's ample. Friday or Saturday evening might be a different matter but since Harrison is a very walkable town I suspect lots.of.customers walk there.

The atmosphere was nice. What really stood out was my food. I got the Pavilion Burger and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had IN MY LIFE. The brandy mushroom gravy and manchego cheese was a perfect combination. Absolutely delicious. The fries were good.

The price was about $15 at the time of this writing which is about average for a sit-down restaurant there days.

I definitely intend to go back for lunch very soon!

My friend & I came here just for jokes mostly as Kitchen Nightmares fans lol. But we had a wonderful experience! The staff was quite fantastic, they were quick, attentive and very friendly. This place feels very cozy and home-y. We had the sangria which was great - ordered a second one which we couldn't finish lol but it was delicious. Started off a very fresh and tasty clams and chorizo in marinara sauce - delicious! And then got the Paella - the single as they said it's pretty large, and shared that. The food was so fresh and good, best Paella I've ever had! We also get free bread for the table. Not to mention the prices are very affordable for such good quality sea food. All in all, I really loved my experience here and I definitely will be back.

I was visiting for business and arrived before I was able to check into my hotel as it was full.
I was told I could grab a drink down the street at the Spanish Pavillion. I do love food from Spain so I wandered on down.
When I first entered, it was quiet (early in the day mid week) one bar tender made me feel at home, served me a well made espresso and gave me the wifi so I could work.
I proceeded to order some sardinas fritas and a couple expenadas with some good Spanish beers. 4 hours later after Carlos took over and after meeting some fantastic regulars (and one old grumpy one with poor education and too much to say, typical in covid era). I had felt as though I was around the corner from my own home. As there is not much else within walking distance that fit that profile, I returned for dinner that night and the next day. Both times I spend hours there having wonderful conversations with Carlos and the bar rail guests. I had rack of lamb app, which was wonderful as well as a shrimp paella. Which was really just shrimp and rice. It was a little salty for my taste but was still yummy.
They sent me off with a satisfied belly, the taste of good Spanish beer, food for thought and a decaf espresso to put me to bed.
My first of many visits to New Jersey and I have nothing but good things to say about a small but successful family owned business that treats its employees Iike family and they pass that along to you, treating you as family.
Graçias Spanish Pavillion and see you innthe new year.
Saludo.

We ordered the Duck and the Salmon. The Salmon was sooooo flavorful and fresh!! The Duck was crispy, but lacked flavor. A sauce would've nailed the dish. The service was amazing. The staff was extremely attentive. The waiter did let me know that the Duck was crispy and that there was no sauce. Still, I expected it to be a tad bit more flavorful. However....they remain a solid 5 stars for me over all. (I mean..hey....he warned me.) Definitely recommend this restaurant.

I've been there for Christmas gathering and for birthday celebrations. The service has been great. The food taste so delicious. So far what I've eaten has been on the money. Can't speak for what i haven't tried. The appetizers: calamari, spanish sausage, garlic wings, potato croquette, garlic shrimp, & pork cubes have all been two thumps up for me. Nice amount given. Only complaint is a little stingy on the rice with the meal. Price wise, make sure you bring some $$.

This was hands down one of the best venues to have a private dinner party. Jose and Tony were very accommodating. It was easy to reserve, the food was great, the service was perfect. The bathrooms were clean. There’s a private entrance for the party guests only bar downstairs. Just loved it!
