Spanish food truck

I had ordered $24 worth of food, the food wasn't even good, didn't receive the right chicken, terrible plaintains, instead they thought I paid more for two plates of rice, and a little bit of chicken and not even the right kind of chicken I requested. I contacted the person that delivered my food and told her it was the wrong order and that I didn't want it anymore, she wouldn't give me my refund or even take the food back eventhough I didn't open none of the containers. She had hung up on me and left me on voicemail. Worst Spanish food I had and the worst customer service, I'll never order from here again. Probably because it's not even a restaurant, it's a food truck, this was very disappointing to pay $24 worth of food for it to be wrong and barely taste good.
