Good breakfast n cookies. Only bad thing was hot tub closed Thursday mornings for cleaning n regular pool kinda cold

I rented a whirlpool suite for our anniversary and the whirlpool was filthy with hair and soap scum. The next day we had to ask for clean towels at 3 pm. The first time we stayed it was awesome. This is my last time to stay here. I'm very disappointed.

Had the pleasure of meeting the manager Nate while I sat out on the front porch. Nice hotel! The only thing that would need an update would be the bathroom area, room 305! Tiles are pretty slick, Thank you!

The hotel is well staffed with very helpful people. The place is clean and quiet. The breakfast is hot. I wouldn't say the food is great, but for food that's included with your room, it does just fine. A person can always get a bowl of cereal or a bagel with cream cheese if they don't care for the hot offerings. The rooms have very adequate heating/cooling. The beds are very comfortable with thick down comforters. We had a microwave and refrigerator in our room. Both worked perfectly. The water was hot for showers. Having two restaurants attached to the hotel is a bonus. Access is easy off of 94, and the parking lot is very big. Never had trouble finding a spot near our room. Overall, a good choice. Would have been willing to pay more for the accommodations, location, and above all, the service.

This was one of the best Country Inn and Suites I've ever stayed at. Location was nice was it wasn't far from American Family Field or downtown, and was significantly cheaper than a downtown hotel. The pool area was excellent with high ceilings and a ton of natural light. The staff was fantastic, going out of their way to be accommodating. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Coming into the hotel, I was greeted very warmly and felt welcomed. The staff is absolutely the best! They are very attentive and helpful! The rooms were very spacious and clean. I was given a room with a beautiful view overlooking the courtyard through big bay windows. Then I moved to a double queen room which was also spacious and had a great view of the skyline. I would say this hotel is perfect for the solo traveler or family group! The staff always had fresh baked cookies at the check-in counter in the early afternoons and coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby.
The hotel has a huge full breakfast room and 2 lovely restaurants attached and accessible through the hotel. My fave was the all you can eat sushi and menu items for $17.99. It was made fresh to order and the staff was also very welcoming and amazing!!

The only downside I have is that I didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool and hottub or fitness center, but they were available for use! 😊

If I'm ever in Milwaukee again, this is the only option that I'll take! Thank you for making my stay amazing and peaceful 🌻💖

Great rooms and affordable prices. My only complaint is that someone turned off my fridge before I got there and my food was ruined but the manager took care of it without any problems and refunded me the price of the food. Can't really ask for more than that.

I worked with Jasmine to get checked in and she did an excellent job. I had questions over the next hour on timing of checkout, location of service machines, etc. She did an excellent job. The rooms were very clean and very accommodating. I would be willing to stay there any time in the future also. The hotel location for what I needed was perfect. Right off of I-94 and I my destination was on Moreland/Pilgrim. So it worked out great for me. Breakfast was great also.

We stayed in September and loved everything about this hotel. This time I decided to splurge and go for a whirlpool suite. We only interacted with one staff member but she was very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The whirlpool tub was amazing especially with it being so cold outside. We travel to the area frequently to visit my mother in law. We will definitely be staying here every time!!

Crazy good value for the cost! I couldn't believe I could find a price like this in Milwaukee. Even with the Uber rides to and from the Rave, it was still cheaper than any other hotels I could find near the downtown, and it was NICE. We felt safe here and it was quiet. Very fun Japanese restaurant attached right to the hotel which was fun and surprisingly good. It was crowded at the pool but that's not on the hotel - hot tub was hot enough which is great. Good continental breakfast, good service, good nights sleep. I will stay here any time I'm in Milwaukee.

Stayed here for a night for a wedding. Enjoyed the room, coffee and breakfast, and the pool and hot tub area. We were here on a Saturday and there was a fire and get together in the courtyard, pretty chill vibe. There is a fitness area with treadmills and stationary bikes but didn’t get to try it out. Overall a fun stay for a single night.

This was one of the best Country Inn and Suites we've found. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were beautiful, and the breakfast was fantastic!

It was a nice stay very polite staff and most of all it was very clean. I ordered from the restaurant. Salmon the first time not the best but definitely not the worst. I also ordered a pizza it was very good. I left it out over night and it was cold in the morning and it was still good so you can't go wrong with the pizza. There ( morning breakfast is pretty good as well) over all for the price of the hotel and the service. I give them a solid 5 Star

Electric was out to the hotel when we arrived (something happened in the area). The check in process was still amazing. The lady who helped us really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I'm very impressed with this establishment and highly recommend it.

Great room nice and hot shower!! Relaxing hot tub and refreshing pool. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk was superior and professional. I wish they had Bally Sports to watch the Brewers game. Other than that I give them 100 stars.

Convenient location, right by the highway. Room was large and spacious but the room seemed a bit too cold but the bed was nice and warm. The pool was open with hardly anyone in there

Had a wonderful time staying here for a friend's birthday. We do this out in every year and this is our 1st time staying here. I was very impressed at the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. We had a small room mix up at the beginning but they quickly rectified the situation and we had the best time! Is very easy location, on and off the freeway, And nearby a lot of attractions that the Milwaukee area has to offer.

Very clean and spacious!
We checked in late and that was no problem. Plenty of safe parking (always a concern with late check ins!) The shower and sink were nice and big with great water pressure and a couple of citrus-y soaps. I didn’t realize we had stopped here before until seeing the woodsy lobby. It’s a cute unique touch and the breakfast was fantastic.
