Very cooperative. Tip: buy your devices from a corporate headquarters, to prevent having to have to come here anyways. A lot of authorized, ma&pop dealers, deal bad business... Thank you Monica for such a pleasant attitude....

Great store !! came in for an upgrade there was a customer situation were the customer got rowdy and disrespectful but i noticed how the manager took over and calmed the situation down helping us both with our issues !!
i know its a new dealer but you guys are doing great keep it up , carlos and jairo you guys are the best !!! blessings to your store … also this store needs repetitive security presence , not only is downtown’s a bad area but its always good to have that extra support

Oscar, Dante, and Monica helped me so much when I came in the store in distress. I just couldn’t understand why certain things going on with my account , and they helped me ALL THE WAY ! A/O to them . The best service I’ve had 🫶🏽

Very friendly! And Helpful! I waited about 10 min. Due to limit amount of people allowed in store due to the whole covid-19 thing but when it was my turn everything went smooth and quick. The girl that helped me was Nellista, she was friendly and helped me so much ..get a phone set up for my mom! Great customer service!

My husband Dominick was having issues with getting his phone off a block list and the Metro staff delivered. Dennise, Oscar and Carminia were attentive and even let my husband use their personal phones. This metro pcs is the place to go when you want thing to get done. Phenomenal service highly recommended.

Victoria helped me with my new phone transfer and set up. Her knowledge of today's technology was very resourceful. She also displayed excellent customer care. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Man I’m at metro pcs on market street right now and Monica and Oscar are amazing with everything they do. Monica goes above and beyond for her customers and Oscar do to they are great workers I recommend them to anyone.

I like coming to metro cause of the patients kindness and respect that i receive from Rafael. He takes his time to help you understand and breaks whatever it is that you dont know down. Rafael will never let you leave the store unless you understand and satisfied. Rafael is a outstanding worker.

I had a horrible experience with Metro in general with a hacking issue, and the only person who was willing to help me was Shavonne( I hope I spelled her name right). But if you need a knowledgeable, caring person, Just ask for her.

The Metro PCS corporate store on Market Street in Newark is a great place to get phones at a very fair price could also get phones for free depending on the plane that you get I recommend going there the staff is friendly and professional
