John Daniels is the kind of person you seek out when things go bad. I had a custody battle with the Mother of my child, while I was struggling financially. John was very understanding and was willing to work with me through it. He’s a class act and is very meticulous with his work. His approach was very reassuring and serious. It’s been a long battle and we are at the end stages. John has been consistently on the up and up with my case from the very beginning. I can still reach him at literally Any time of day on any day. He genuinely cares & has never given me poor advice. He has an amazing read on people and conducts my case accordingly. His heart is to help people first.

Today I had a visit with my son at my home for the very first time and it is thanks to John's help and guidance. He has taken good care of me from the beginning and helped me navigate through a custody battle that I was failing to get through on my own. I can not praise or recommend him enough. He will give it to you straight and he will fight for your rights as a parent. I am so incredibly thankful to this man for what he has done.

John is a very effective lawyer with an emphatic voice and large-scale experience, which makes him a powerful defender on the floor of a courtroom. My family is counting their stars that we just marginally and barely met through a tangential acquaintance and through that small sliver of luck the doors of heavens themselves opened. Myself and my boyfriend Kendall reached out to Mr. John A. Daniels in regards to a child support case my boyfriend needed help with. Kendall had an existing court order that was put in place due to an accidental "no show" on his part. Due to the "no show" an order was put in place soley based of the mothers information of what she thought kendall was making finacially.

Unfortunately for kendall the information was inaccurate. The obligations were way over what kendall could afford and caused us a major hardship for about over a year.

Mr. Daniels was able to work with us financially, which was a god send because i didnt know what we would have done if we couldnt have hired a lawyer. Both kendall and myself have no experience with family law what so ever and we needed someone in our corner.

We were able to sit with John and explain our situation, our concerns, what we were looking/hoping for out of this modification. (reduced child support obligations and an enforced visitation scheduled) as the previous court order had no such schedule in place.

He assured us he would do everything in his power to try and get us a fair arraingment BUT was honest enough to let us know that sometimes things dont always go as planned. As long as we are prepared and come to court with all evidence supporting our case we had a real shot and boy did he follow through on his promise. He able to get Kendall EVERYTHING we were looking for.

I honestly couldnt have asked for a better lawyer. I would ABOSLUTELY RECCOMMEND JOHN A DANIELS to everyone.

John is one of the finest examples of a Lawyer in the American Justice System. He is extraodinarily knowlegable about anything related to law.
