Would like to thank Patricia H. for dealing wih my very confusing Appeal. She was patient with my very confusing and frustrating situation. Yet, still lend a helping hand on my decision of appeal. Thanks again!

My only question is they need to show who a peraon talks to and handles a problem or make it where the patron can put in their social and look themselve just in cause they have any issues.

The state of New Jersey has SCREWING its citizens down to a science. From the phone numbers that no one ever answers , to the full mailboxes you can't leave messages on , even the incompentance of its employees it hires I have never been so frustrated and failed by any other system. How have we let this poor quality service that TAX PAYERS PAY FOR become the normal.

Still haven't heard back from them. Had to update my address and was told that they couldn't get it from unemployment don't know why. And I do believe when I appealed I put my new address in the appeal. Update: I recently had my Hearing and I got my decision four days later, I won now comes the part where I have to wait yet again for the paperwork to get processed and for someone to figure out what I'm owed and then send me a email notification saying when I will receive my benefits 🤔. So after waiting 2yrs for this decision now I have no idea when this part will be finished...?? (maybe another 2yrs.......) Update around the 2nd week in May I started to receive my payments for the back pay. And then near the end of the month I received another payout. So after this long wait I can try to put this behind me, but if everything had gone as planned I wouldn't have lost about 59 years worth of memories and mementos that I will never get back so was it worth it....??

It’s been more two years since I started my appeal to get my pandemic unemployment claim. I call almost every day and the phone rings and rings and rings. Recently, I was connected to voicemail, but the the mailbox was full. I called a different number and they told me that their hearings are running 2 years behind. So, maybe I am close to hearing from someone.

I have been going through this nightmare since 2021. I reappealed last July. Havent heard anything since. Called today, mailbox is full. What do you people expect from us if we cant get respect from you?

Over 2 years My Claim Date is still Wrong! I call every day with same Robotic response,In Escalation allow 8 weeks!! OveR 2 YearS!!!

I been calling since February its now Arpril 2nd. I won my appeal but unemployment haven’t received anything from the Appeal Tribunal saying that I did. But I have the letter saying I did I left 15 messages no one returned my calls. I called every single day for an entire month and a half.

I applied for unemployment in May of 2022. 11 months later and still no appeal scheduled.
